Caught their performance many times in NYC & up down de NE coast! My dream came true when I met the group, especially my fav since '83, James Lloyd on a Jazz Cruise in NYC back around 2005 or 2006. Lookin forward to travelling back to my old stomping grounds w/my sons, Norfolk, to attend my 8th Jazz Fest @ Town Point! May the music they create con't to unite the 🌎 🌺🙏🎶💞

Hi Hans Christopher Charles! When performing at foreign festivals, Pieces Of A Dream, Four80East and many other artists prefer to travel without their own band. This saves costs on the one hand and on the other hand it is much more exciting to play a gig with unknown musicians. For this reason, the organizer of the MALLORCA SMOOTH JAZZ FESTIVAL always provides two complete session bands to accompany the artists in turn. One session band consisted of Martin Feske (Guitar, Germany), Marius Goldhammer (Bass, Germany), Marcus Finnie (Drums, USA) and Lutz Deterra (Keyboards, Germany). The artists may also choose musicians from both bands or the festival line-up. That's why Pieces Of A Dream and Four80East performed with partly the same musicians. Martin Feske (Guitar, Germany) and Marius Goldhammer (Bass, Germany) also played with Steve Oliver, Marion Meadows, Eric Darius, Bart Brandjes and DW3. The MALLORCA SMOOTH JAZZ FESTIVAL 2022 starts on November 1st. Greetings
