Better to freeze water in plastic bottles cover with a thick cloth.it works great and less messy.the same bottle can be used in winter.just pour hot water in it for winter.no doubt your idea for cold pad is good as well but it is lil mesy
@@GMoney-BI think they're not using ice packs bc the gel inside can be toxic if the pet claws or bites it and eats it. Water, salt and corn starch is innoffensive to the animals. 🤔
