Great video as always but at 0:40 it sounds as though you are saying dem instead of deinem. I use these videos as dictation exercises so it would be great in future if you could make the difference in pronunciation a little clearer. Haha. Cheers
Yes. As Tobias pointed out, I said "dem" in the video, but it says "deinem" in the subtitles, because that is what I was supposed to say. Technically they are both correct, but I think the problem you are pointing out is a valid one. I need to fix the subtitles to reflect what is actually being said so that the text matches the speech. I will take better care in the future.
The act of filling out a form is definitely a beginner topic. Things like your family name, first name, age and so on are beginner topics. This video is all in German, which makes it a bit more complicated, but the topic itself is definitely for beginners.

If you mean exactly 0:42 then he did say _dem_. The pronunciation of _dem_ and _deinem_ were accurate.
