We were there last winter and a cable was across the entrance, I see they must have removed it. I live in The Dalles so we get out that way frequently for dog walks. We built and maintain 3 bluebird nesting boxes. I installed them at the Kingsley Catholic cemetery, Friend school and the Kingsley cemetery. You have a great voice for your voiceovers. On my videos I try to research first then talk while I’m exploring. Keep it up!

Thank you! Kingsley Cemetery had been on our list but we ran out of time. I actually have the entire family with me for all my videos (including young children), so we're actually talking about the place amongst ourselves (or the kids are arguing). So I remove the family chit-chat and narrate it with useful information later 😆 I didn't realize you had a channel - I'll definitely check out your exploration videos too!

I live in Redmond now for 26 years. Been traveling thru all the areas you have shown for many years before that. I enjoy learning the history of the area.

Also, I grew up in what was then the little bit remaining of Carnation, OR. Just immediately south of Forest Grove, OR. There use to be a Carnation milk plant there, railroad station, hotel, lumber mill and a trolley (gone before I was born) that would take passengers from the rail depot up Elm Street & Pacific Ave to town town Forest Grove. Something to check out also!
