Why do you have it that Deku who’s bullying Quirkless shigaraki is only at 5.5m while Shiggy is at 11m it just doesn’t make sense Deku should easily be at 12m and above

Deku should be 8 million if deku not strong as Prime Allmight 10 million+ .And you give shiggy 11 million above

Crap , Base Dabi is not even close to High Pro Hero Level . Also, if you want to be biased then just see the official book of Ultra Archive and Ultra Archive Ultra Analysis written by author himself (follows 1st 200 ch ) which says that -
Dabi - Izuku -
Power - 4/6 B Power - 5/6 A+
Speed - 3/6 C Speed - 5/6 A
Technique - 2/6 D- Technique - 5/6 A
Wits - 3/6 C Wits - 5/6 A
Before ch 200 deku only was 20% of OFA and had only unlocked Blackwipe but his stats are par with Endeavour (except that Endeavour power is 6).
You are way underestimating Izuku and Overestimating Dabi, his 20% is enough to deal with Dabi at any stage of MHA .
We all know that Deku at 100% is stronger then All Might but he literally gave a win to Dabi at 5:28 .
Ikr?! He even said Deku’s current version with Gear Shift was only 5.5 million, whereas he had the Quirkless version of Shigaraki that Deku’s been *bodying* at over 11.5 million…
@@Oreo_166 tbh these power lvl videos by most TH-camrs are full of biased view . At least we have a Stats book for most of the characters in MHA .
Now to your opinion then if you watched the anime then you might know that Dr. said that even though he has supernatural power it's still weaker than All Might . He literally gave prime All Might as 10.5m but rated weaker all might (quirkless) Shigraki as 11.5 m .
