That time deku didn't have that much experience. Current Manga Bakugo can win against nagant with mid -high diff it's all about speed , high level reflexes because bullets can come from anywhere

Not really. The power level of Deku’s Gearshift is still below that of Quirkless Shigaraki, despite Deku bodying that version of Shigaraki.
