Really enjoyed this. I aspire to have some B&R in my collection. Thanks for the insight and it is really nice to see someone getting so much enjoyment out of their watches. A true enthusiast.
@@TheWatchFactor next to some other brands, I have the b&r red radar and the ceramic diver. I really enjoyed your video so thank you. Do you own b & r yourself?
@@joejp9264 I got the new one with the airplanes (03). I think its a real fun watch. Its also the piece where I got the most comments and compliments from. It really stands out and is quite different from a sea of rolexes. So if you are into something like that, go and have a look yourself!
@@thijsruiter4407 yeah I agree. The new red radar is exceptionally cool! My 01s and 03s all get a lot of attention and comments. The red crystal must be a real eye catcher. I think the HUD model would too.
I’ve always liked these watches. I purchased a $200 Chinese version to test whether I can live with the timepiece long-term & feeling confident enough to pull the trigger on a Nightlum now. 👍🏻
It’s definitely a great piece. I wish the brand did a bit more marketing to their their collectors. I find that many folks that know B&R have more than one in the case.
As much as I love Bell and Ross I fall out of love quickly I had the 03-88. After one expensive service and battery change it had to go The 01-92 GMT was too large at 46 mm My orange special edition was the same thing I was looking for a full Lum, but am going with a night Lum 03-92 The smaller diameter seems more comfortable
Glad you found the perfect selection. I’m definitely not a fan of the repair prices. I try not to be that guy but the repair fees blow my mind at times. I’ve tried govberg over sending to the manufacturer and the prices have been a bit lower.
I wear a BR03-92 Heritage, steel, black case. Love it. Talk about presence! BUT I've always found B&R to be too expensive for what they are, even on the gray market. (I found mine on Chrono24 from a private seller.) Won't go into all the whys but that 's the only way I'd get another one - a long looksee at sources and might fight one I find reasonably priced.
Yeah, I think a few brands struggle with their desired price position. I would put B&R with Baume Mercer and even Omega as brands that offer pre-owned options a fraction of the price.
I was able to find better pricing pre-owned. I will say, I thought I could handle the 46mm and it was way too big on the wrist. Any model in the crosshairs for you?
Joe’s collection is unique and so personal! So many cool stories to go along with each piece. The Officer and BR05 were stunning! Thanks for sharing
Thanks Terence for the comment. I agree, the Officer was one of my favorite.

I've always found one-brand collections to be really cool, especially this one. love your BR05!
Thanks for this great video! It was wonderful to hear someone share their attraction, appreciation and stories about their watches.
Thanks Peter. Glad you enjoyed it. More to come!
Love Bell & Ross l added the new 41m BRO3 and l love it there are different. ❤
Love all this redbardetroit profiles! Joe has the ultimate Bell And Ross collection although I had that MA1 first 🤣🤣🤣
Sticks and stones, lol.......Take Care
Refreshing to see a BR collection on TH-cam! Nice presentation and conversation. Got yourself a sub buddy, keep it up.
Much appreciated!
I have the first diver from B&R & B-Rocket was told in the boutique that aligned screws meant it was a ceramic dial.
I found a sub 500 dollar br01-97 unloved on auction and its a little beat, but it wears its scars well and I love it. Nice collection!
Very nice Tony. If you are ever on Instagram please ping me and send a pic. I would love to see it. Curt Brown of the Watch Factor
Love this collection
Thanks for watching Thijs. What are some of the pieces in your collection?

@@thijsruiter4407 red radar is an awesome watch. So I’d the ceramic diver. Do you have the latest red radar or the original? 03 or 01?

Great history review. I learned something. BR01-94 is my favorite watch. Carbon Fiber face looks awesome.

👍🏻
That’s a genius way to test. Let me know what model you decide on adding to the collection.
Well, the BRV192 is my fav! Checks all the boxes for everyday!

Excellent show.
Thanks BK. You definitely have a grail collection.
@@TheWatchFactor You too. I’ve been working my watch corner for 30 years. It has shaped up nicely and I am appreciative.

i had a BR03-92 and instantly regretted flipping it. so now i have picked up another. be aware as there are very good fakes ou there.
Are they pretty obvious to detect? Any common giveaways to a newbie eye?
