G'day mates - wow what a fun journey this 'Tent Pole Beam' has been. The icing on the cake is definitely the 20 meter moxon which makes it a 5 bander with no tuner. Wooohooo! Can't wait to livestream tomorrow from the top of Mt Douglas with it pointing your way. Thanks for watching my mates, and see ya on the air! Cheers and beers Simon
MOXON MEASUREMENTS:

I just ordered the 20 foot poles. The site has a 6% off coupon checkbox. Looking forward to making a couple of beams. Thanks for the inspiration. 73 de N6EF.

Paparazzi!!
Simon your centre pole verticals what was the fixing for your tripod please
Carbon fiber conductive? Woo-Hoo!
Simon. You're specs on the Moxon rectangle side add-on sections shows the driven elements longer than the reflector .... Is that correct?
Hey John wow that's a great question mate. I'm heading out for a livestream tomorrow with the Beam/Moxon. Let me double check the wire lengths as 'theoretically' the longer length should be the reflector. Thanks so much for the heads up mate. Back to you shortly. Cheers!
G’day Simon. Are these tent poles fibreglass or metal? I understand the connectors between sections are metal but the length of the rod, is that metal also?? Thanks
G'day Stuart, they are aluminium throughout mate - no fibreglass. Happy building buddy - keep me posted on how it goes. Cheers mate
