This is the first time I'm leaving a comment on one of your videos and I've to say, i just love everything about your vibe on your channel. You're so calm, cool and relatable. I found you through your apartment hunting vlog and it was so good - i don't live in the US so i learnt tons! I hope you get to have a space where things are more segregated so you have some more space to breathe. Quick question: would you be looking to stay in the same area or perhaps move to a different part of NYC?
Also i love the unboxing of the GOT7 album! It looks so good 🤩 i own one album from BTS, their LY: Her album (it's my treasured possession) and i dug for my sister's old laptop because that's the only laptop in the house with a functioning cd player 🤣

Very easy and relaxing to watch, that's just how you do it 😊. Just real but upbeat. You really have a nack for cooking. I know searching for an apartment can feel daunting, but it helps if you can truly afford it, there's always the risk of "lifestyle creep". South light is Crucial, although some people are fine with drapes closed all day long - ever notice walking down the street must all are closed?? Odd. Anyway, best of luck on that. Oh, also real original hardwood floors are a real find and loaded with character and history, as are original lathe and plaster walls.

Hi Julia! Love your content. I live in Puerto Rico and I think that the real estate market is saturated everywhere cause over there there very few houses to buy or rent. I got lucky at the time I bought my house since the interest where very low but now everything is raising in a very crazy way.
I think I read a news article about real estate in Puerto Rico recently - it’s so crazy!! So glad that you were able to snag a good deal 🙌🏼

As a lifelong New Yorker, just a suggestion: look in the newspapers for apartment lotteries, AM New York/metro/daily news/the post, You may be able to find a more rent stabilized apartment of a decent size, in various parts of the city. you might have to wait for it, and live in the meantime, but if you plan to stay in New York City, it will definitely be worth it in the end. 💁🏽♀️ good luck.
