I felt overwhelmed just watching you pack! So you are handling it cooly. Of course we are all waiting for the big reveal of where you're going. Where you went traveling. Anyway, you worked hard and how smart to take a trip to break up the process and reward yourself. Making good money solves a lot of problems also : )
I don't know about you but I always have a hard time emotionally moving. Or mixed feelings, glad to be moving on, saying goodbye, and the mild risk if it all.

Woman can do allot. They really don't need to rely on men. My wife don't like to ask me for help. There are somethings I would do for her. She almost done paying her car off in one year. I had to co-sign, but its always on time payment. I show her how to cut back on somethings, and save the difference. I just point her in the direction and she can do it.
In twenty thirteen she had a miscarriage. That would have her second baby and my first. I stayed by her through the whole time. Walked her to the bathroom. Made her meals in bed. So, yeah. Woman go through allot.

Fun Moving Tip: use the trash bags with the hangers like when you buy a gown that way you don’t need to rehang everything trust me saves me

Great job with part 1. Where you moving to? Moving is not too fun with packing everything up and moving in with taking back out of the boxes. I remember doing that going from Philippines December of twenty fourteen. My wife and my son knew it be cold, but not as cold as they thought. Baltimore, Maryland is where I am from, born & raised. I stayed with my parents place with my wife and my son. I got our townhouse Valentine's Day of twenty fifteen. Now, I am saving and investing for a new house. I am happy to get it, but not boxing everything up and undoing it again. It be in two years or so. I am not too sure I want to be in Baltimore, Maryland or somewhere else.
I am not going to sell my house after I move. I am working on making this house better to rent it out. It's a three bedroom, two and a half bathroom with a full basement. Renting this place out be easy, just the the upgrades are money and time.
Buying a house or renting takes time. People need to understand what they are getting into. Buying is better then renting. The Pride of owning something. Yes, all the cost goes on you, which be a negative. Renting, that be and upside of it. The downside is calling the owner to fix something.
Buying or Renting should be less then thirty percent of your income a month. Anything higher then thirty percent for your payment monthly is too much for the place. You should try to have it below thirty percent. When buying the down payment on a house should be at least twenty percent to avoid PMI. I know inflation is high, but normally you want four percent or lower is good. Now, it is not higher then six maybe seven percent.
Shop around and see what better offer you can get. You have about fifteen days, from the first credit check. There are seven different types of loans for buying a house.
Budgeting is crazy. Not allot of people like to budget. Standard Rule is fifty, thirty, and twenty. Fifty percent is your Want. Thirty percent for your Needs. And twenty percent for savings. All your living want are in your fifty percent; housing, electric, car, food, ect.
One Rule for a car is your Twenty, Four, Ten Rule. Twenty percent down, four year term, and ten percent of your monthly income for the monthly payment. The reason for this is to perfectly budget.

Interesting the carry on - luggage - unless I am travelling Business class the weight limit is so small it would not be allowed and treated as normal luggage by what you have packed - outside USA.

Hello When u move next EP.05 ?
You know Julia, you could have saved a lot of time when you decided to remove clothes and fold them one piece at a time and stuff it in the trash bag.
Here's a hack: While your clothes are already on hangers, just a take a trash bag and make them wear it like how you would wear a pant... like putting a leg in the pant. and close it... so in your next apartment you can directly just take it out and hang them along with hangers in your closet/wardrobe.
Omg I saw this hack on tik tok! I really wanted to try it but since I was moving everything to storage, I didn’t have a rack to hang everything on and that method took up more space in the truck 😭
