Yes, been there at El Galleon Resort at Sabang Beach in Puerto Galera (They have a private pier) and did Verde Island too some years ago. Amazing dive sites there !
Nice to see beneath where we do fishing together with my friends during my younger age. That place is our fishing ground using handline fishing. I left that place(brgy. Sinandigan) only because to pursue my education and currently now living in BC, Canada. Hoping one day after my retirement be back to my hometown once again. Thank you.

Here in South east Asia the rains are going. This clip just makes me that bit happier about it.
Dive there almost 20yrs ago,on our way to mindoro from tabangao outrigger port ... it's so majestic,lots of colored marine life...the most challenging was the washing machine...strong swirling current...we use some sort of hooks with rope to anchor ourselves.. otherwise stay close to the reef...
I went there twice last year and the conditions were terrible unfortunately. More importantly I stayed at Atlantis and watched them badly mishandle a dive emergency. On a trip to Verde Island one of the divers was brought up in distress (looked like DCS) but the Atlantis boats (there were 3 of them that day at Verde) didn't have radios so the boat captains had to draw up to each other and yell to communicate. The boat had two O2 cylinders but they were less than half full. While the boat captains discussed what to do (because there still a lot of divers down), two of the dive passengers administered the oxygen and tended the sick diver. About 20 minutes after the sick diver was brought on board we left the island, but we ran out of O2 about halfway back to PG. Overall we were left with the impression they weren't really prepared or had planned for this kind of emergency. I don't know if I'd go back to Atlantis again.

Atlantis is the BEST! Two weeks (both Puerto Gallera and Dumaquette) and they amazed me with some new level of customer service each day.
