    Thanks Dr Jun had torn ligament try knee many years ago and now been retired 6 yrs ago from working as a critical care nurse from one of the learning hospitals in Chicago.Now my knee has been bothering me that I ended up seeing a PT .But watching your videos and following the exercises,helping me get better because can’t see PT all my life.I reiterate thank you very much and God bless you

    Thanks very much Doc. I've been suffering from knee pain and tight calf due to osteoarthritis for almost a month. I tried doing your exercises and I had immediate relief even if I did the exercises for the first time. I will already be doing these exercises regularly. God bless you more, Doctor.

    Hi Doc ,,,,,Gud morning senior n ko po 72 yrs old doc n stroke ko po yon kaliwa ko lamay nanegas kalahati katawan ko punta s hospetal tapos my mga gamot take so okx2 na doc ckek up ko feb 20 kasi yari jan.6 2024 ang ko tanong ko Doc misan manegas paa at kamay ko Doc misan dn mamaga kasi high blood talaga ko Doc. Pero yon kaliwa kamay ko parng begat dn thanks po Doc .god bless

    Sana po doc mabasa nio po message q panu po.ung right leg q is 45degree lng cia hirap po aq itupi dahil.po Kase nalagyan aq ng external fixator at semento pagkatpos ng fixator..ngyon po Ang tigas nang tuhod q at pati sakong q namaga dahil na stack up naren po

    hi there good evening from 🇯🇵 oh., i ‘m glad i saw you on fb and am not even looking for this kind of stretch , exercise bec i stretch everyday especially before KICKBOXING and after 30 seconds break + after and at home 🏡 Doc , i quit seeing my physical therapist bec of the charges last , last year pa ho 😊 anyways , kickboxing is really hard sports , i love it bec it’s really good for me to release my stress and well you know things that we deal especially during this pandemic 😷 i always have pain and i have a maintenance oil body massage 😊 that’s my reward to myself and my body 🤎 almost a week i’m experiencing this incredible knee pain and went to a clinic near my house and he said it could be arthritis daw but if i don’t get better he will recommend me to a doctor in this area 🇯🇵 but tomorrow i will see my shrink and discuss it w him and will ask him to do some test or if he recommend that would be great 😊 i trust my shrink and i will be more comfortable if he will recommend me a doctor for my problem 😊 a lot stretch in your video ( this video ) d ko ho alam and i’m doing it w you and beautiful Ms.Caroline 🌹 thank a lot nag subscribe na po here also , followed you on your fb account and thank you ng marami 🙏🏼 btw , I’m completely resting meaning i’m not hitting the gym for almost a week now ( really sad but my knee is asking me to listen to her 😊 it’s my right knee and I’m lefty ) can’t wait to get better ❤️‍🩹 and with your help 😊 i thank god that is saw you on fb 🙏🏼 take care and yes , the cream i think or ointment i want to order dunno how 😊 it says text this number but mmmmm …. it’s not safe for me alam nyo na daming loko kci 😌 is there any other way to order it Doc ?
