The video is awesome, but she is most definitely posing better than 95% of the brides Great content Sal, posing is so so important and so many struggling with it
First and foremost, thank you for taking what I consider our most precious resource, time, to share the wealth of knowledge you have accumulated. Secondly, thank you for mentioning there are those of us out there who are not as “fit” as these two. Any chance of creating a similar video with some different body types? As always your instruction is priceless, a very heartfelt thank you!
My first freelance wedding is next month, and although I've shot others for a company, I'll definitely be using this for inspiration for my own style! Thanks again!
It is hard to make a pick out all the good ones, I guess I liked the close ups by the column, but the street images go hand in hand to provide a story. I guessing this was on a Sunday because of no traffic and wondering if you did what I did to find location in an unknown location by googling on landmarks and using Google Earth to determine time of day of shade in the area? Learned so much through the years from you and I wish I was just starting out because you make it easy for someone to learn how to do it right!
Thanks for this. I have a wedding today. Sometimes I blank out on poses. Too much on my mind trying run this business. We should shoot together if you ever come to Philly or South Jersey.
Hi Sal, This is such an informative video and helpful. Thanks for making this. Also, I am trying my hands on a strobe for the first time. Can you please suggest me a starter kit?
good, thanks for explanation, "its gonna be looong day"... how familiar it is... Brides always in dreams and Groom like - after 3 minutes at photo session - "can i go?"
#Salcincotta Man you got to stop giving my Nashville spots away🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣, please don't show the bell towers at Bicentennial park. Just playing , shooting on Deadrick street at night is pretty bad ass also!
A lot of it is like you said, slow down cause once you get it right, you can shoot away and make micro adjustments to posing, changing lens etc and bang you’ll get amazing results like you did. Good video and topic
correct. because the avg person doesnt know how to "get into the scene" without direction. thats sorta the point of this entire video. im directing them to ensure i 100% get the shot i need vs hoping the couple knows what to do or how to do it.
@Sal Cincotta even your reply to the comment is rude. Maybe there is something you can improve upon as well.🤷♀️ I have a challenge keeping my tone friendly as well. And yeah you guys were joking but comments like that would make the client even more nervous and unsure of themselves...
@@daniaahmad4015 yeah you’re totally right. Even though my client is cracking up laughing I should listen to the internet. What am I thinking?!?! will definitely take your advice under advisement moving forward. :)

Another great video, thank you and, yes, I too have a wedding this Sunday (in Northumberland, UK). Really like the base and work from feet tips.
I don't do wedding /engagement photos but your videos are soo inspirational
My first freelance wedding is next month, and although I've shot others for a company, I'll definitely be using this for inspiration for my own style! Thanks again!
Damn good, Sal. Damn good.
Perfect timing. I have an engagement session for my couple coming up this Tuesday .
Perfect!
Nice job!

Once again an inspiring video. At what aperture did you shoot most of the pictures? Thank you, Sal!
Great video as usual Sal - had to take a double take, I thought you was Joe Rogan for a sec lol
Haha I get that a lot.

Do you use back button focus?? Thanks Sal, your videos always great!!
i am 100% anti... back button focus. :) im a click fire sorta guy. :)

yep... its easy to feel rushed... these are my go to poses... and then i adjust if i have more time or feel more creative.
Great video.
Thanks!
You are awesome I always say when I grow up want to be you
haha... well ty so much!
Hi Sal,
This is such an informative video and helpful. Thanks for making this. Also, I am trying my hands on a strobe for the first time. Can you please suggest me a starter kit?
Godox have a great set of flashlites and triggers
if you are just getting started i would look to Paul C Buff or Westcott - both are US based companies with GREAT SERVICE!
Gracias Maestro
Hi Sal, I enjoyed your tutorial but it would have better to see all the shots at the very end, to see which pose was a favourite.
Nice🌹

amazing city!! had a blast! got some killer stuff for sure. :)

I think you’re posing then too much rather than letting them naturally get into the scene
correct. because the avg person doesnt know how to "get into the scene" without direction. thats sorta the point of this entire video. im directing them to ensure i 100% get the shot i need vs hoping the couple knows what to do or how to do it.
the way how you talk to the model is below any acceptable level. the first time where she did not catch you pointing the direction and your tone?... 😕
Omg insert eye roll. Get over it. These are my clients and we were joking w each other. “My tone”… sit down and shhh.

Were you using an amplification system for them to hear you from across the street. If so, will you share what you used?
@@rodneysmith4805 haha i love you for it... nope... just my big mouth!! :)
Great video - but buy the guy some socks. Those bright white ankles are a distraction to where the focus should be….
