@affinityartifacts - feel like I need to top Skógafoss at some point

Enjoyed your vids. I've been up that way about 5 times but not thought to explore the Chola lake or wander up to the Ama basecamp. I'll do both next time so thanks for that!

@Craig 2.0 - glad you enjoyed them and yeah I would definitely go and visit both Ama Dablam and Chola lake when you next go there! Have you been there in the peak season vs off season like December? I was amazed at how many people there were just after Christmas and heard some horror stories from March/April

@@WiththeSparrows Hi, I've been a few times in April May and I guess it was busier but didn't find it off-putting. Going then is when the Everest climbers are there and about so that certainly adds to the buzz knowing folks are climbing those big hills seems just amazing. I've stayed in EBC a few times and climbed on the glacier for training. For me I didn't fancy going so far and not staying there so made arrangements and did it which was great. I was last there to climb Lobuche East in November which was quieter for sure. Lot's of teahouses and locals head to Kathmandu for the extended winter as it's the non-season, unless they stay for renovations and what not I guess. I imagine the post Christmas rush was folks having Christmas at home then taking annual holidays. I'm planning to be fit and back end of this year for a 7000 hill but I'm unsure which one just yet. Anwyays, glad you enjoyed it and loved watching all your videos. Cheers, C.

@@craig2.071 yep makes sense, being basecamp proper and with all the climbers is a plus for sure, and yeah we saw a lot of the locals heading to Kathmandu for the winter.
Good luck with the 7000m 'hill'!

@Mary Abreu - it's a good one, though it's definitely not my saying!
