How is it possible to recover without surgery and not be concerned about stability ? Are there no benefits to surgery ? The video makes it seem like both are success paths to return to normal activities
My understanding is with the right strength training program, the ACL can essentially become a redundant ligament in the knee. Recently, studies have shown that the ACL can heal on its own and the odds of it healing without surgery can be increased with an appropriate physical therapy program. I tore my ACL 2.5 months ago and never lost leg stability.
