Looks like a great product, however I'm not going to buy something that every time I go to use it I get nervous because it may chip. More things in life more important than having to worry about things like that mate.
I'm just learning about Fireclay but I think he said that it's less likely to chip than vitreous China. You could have stainless steel but that could Dent or scratch. I mean the Sink has to be made out of something
