How do you go about purchasing a machine like this? How do I get an idea of cost?

Hi sorry for the late reply! For multi needle machines you usually have to contact the distributor directly. In my case I went to the main Happy Japan website and contacted the distributor who was closest to me. The cost for this machine was around $16k
