    I love how this turned out. I think I understand it. To clarify, from looking at your pattern before the extra colorful markings, it sort of looked like tic tac toe when I turned my phone slightly to the left with each spiral having their own intersection. However, instead of filling in the 9 sepearte tic tac toe spaces, you filled in 7, combining the top left 2 spaces and their diagonal bottom right 2 spaces. Then from there you colored in each space (minus the center box) according to its opposite. This was helpful. I'm going to try it. Thanks.

    Awesome explanation. I have done some double spirals, but didn't write down my dye application technique and I think this is super close. I only wonder what would happen to the color if, instead of applying the colors opposite, you mirrored them? So that, in this example, the amethyst and wisteria were on the top and bottom of each spiral. The hydrangea would still be at the outer edges and the plum still in the center. Did you experiment with that?
    Love the spider background. May add that to my shirt! Thank you!

    • @BelladonnaDyesCo
      @BelladonnaDyesCo  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I don’t think I have done a double spiral that way. Thanks for the suggestion. I’ll have to back and take a look at where I placed the dye on this. It’s been awhile since I made it so I don’t remember. It’s always good to try new things. You should give it a go and see what happens. I love the black back on double spirals!! 😉❤️🌈
