Definitely the hardest part of the process for me. I can squirt ink like an octopus🐙 but folding and pleating... probably as good as an octopus as well, im sure they're terrible at it.
For me it's ok if your spiral wasn't perfect but with the dye application try it more precisely. Making spiral designs can be random effects or the clean ones. Both of them are beautiful depending on the person's preference. Just practice and you'll get what outcome you want..😊
the only spirals i do have black stripes to hide poor job.i have been so frustrated for 5 years! i even sell nice mandalas________with your nice encouragement i will try again and again lol.i see your numbers mounting fast. well deserved Meo

hiya Meo. how tall is the initial pleat you clamp with the hemostat?? is the shirt damp or dry?
Yo Bro! I think my initial pleat is half cm(more or less) and the shirt is damp..
Doing the lords work, my mans! Would you say 24 pleats for a spiral is good amount for a pleated spiral?
yeah, as long as you maintain the size.. coz the end of each pleat is bigger..

Yes as long as the fabric is from a plant like cotton, rayon, hemp bamboo etc..
