I went from 30 reps at 15lbs to 25lbs and now 30. The first time with the 30lb dumbbell, I got to 26 reps and couldn't lift it anymore for the 27th. Lol. Now I try for 30 reps 3 times.
What's a 'fine joint' compared to a normal joint like an elbow or knee? Also, Ligaments connect bone to muscle, so they're pretty much everywhere. That was kinda a moot point. Lol

Careful not to do this with muscles around fine joints/ligaments.
