These tips are amazing! Thank you. I’ve not had a good couple of weeks, life has been really tough and I’ve had a few gains now and felt really low. I sat down yesterday and planned thd whole week, got my food shop coming today and usually I would be like oh well I’ll start again Wednesday after weigh in but I’m getting it back right away! I can’t wait to see some of your what I eat in a day videos back, I really like your attitude to it all, it helps me keep a kind voice in my head ❤
First time following SW. On wk 42 and so far I've lost 82 lbs. I enjoy the plan but I restrict the amount of carbohydrates I have. It makes me angry when the consultant says its all free and unlimited. One of the group members eats carbohydrates at every meal, with a side of carbohydrates, she really struggles to loose weight, but to her she's following the diet and the consultant reinforces this. As you say, you need to take account of nutrition and common sense. I still fill in a food diary every day. Haven't eaten bread in any form for over 6 months and definitely watch the pasta. Plenty of fruit, veg and protein.
As a SW target member, I agree that protein in every meal is really helpful. I think some people misunderstand about free food. It should always be eaten on the plate in proportion to speed foods, and that should stop overconsumption. Have a great week x

I argree with everything you said ,your hair look nice as well , i cant write as when i had my marjor stroke i cant write still , so i take photo on my phone
done slimming world for years ,the new people starting are told this is all free very false never really worked for me ,only thing i think is good is the sins so you dont eat to much crap

It’s definitely normal to go off plan when things are hard. Like you said always keep that kind voice there. You are doing amazing ❤️

I find the SW meetings are so boring and drag on far too long. If it wasn’t so boring I would stay each week.
