Remember to keep your food in the house in the mountains we have lots of wild cats and coyotes that raid for food, it's not spring so you don't have to worry about bears ,please enjoy your stay the mountains are at their best in spring or early fall ! Love to you both from Tennessee

So glad you found hiking trails with beautiful waterfalls. So many people say how beautiful it is in North Carolina that many people retire there from here in Vermont. Of course, Vermont has so many hiking trails and many beautiful waterfalls. Can't wait until you visit here.
Because of your adventures I took a chance on a tiny house in Montana last fall, smaller than the one in this video but plenty of space for the two of us, it was wonderful! 15 minutes from the border in a little town with 2 bars next door, it was about as much fun as is possible in the middle of nowhere.

Your tiny cabin is a "park model" that is often sold for use in RV parks. When I saw the kitchen, I recognized the manufacturer right away. I stayed in one with a very similar floorplan while living in Santa Fe, NM for seven months. You're right, not well insulated. But space wise, very livable for two people.

If u end up exploring in Manhattan, got too try Acuario Cafe (dominican food) on W.37th st. & 8 ave. Get the chicken and rice bowl for $5, huge portion and so delicious! The entrance is hard too find cause its located in a hallway too a building elevator shaft and they are cash only. Food is totally worth it! Or Los Tacos No. 1 near Time Square, delicious street tacos, super busy but fast service from some happy employees. Safe travels adventurers
My husband and I stayed in Helen Georgia in a cabin like that. The hot tub was on the screened in back porch. When we were in the hot tub it was lightly snowing outside. Talk about romantic!
