I’m trying to start my own clothing line. I have the name but I have no sketches or anything of shirts and stuff like that. I don’t have anyone that wants to help so is it bad or should I have like a team when I’m starting up? I know things aren’t going to happen overnight but I’m trying to kick something off here but I feel stuck cause I don’t know where to start. Like I said I have the name but no sketches of it or a logo. I think to myself that it’ll be impossible cause no one I know really wants to start a clothing line with me but I try to not let it discourage me. If anyone could help me out or even a word of advice on what to do, anything will help!
You are the Chief Creative Officer. Even if you buy a design brands are about constantly creating new ones. Just put a pen in your hand sketch something, stop the bs. It doesnt have to be perfect. Clothing lines start and end with design.

Well, some schools have printmaking classes. Most of what I seen usually include lithography and other printing methods. I don't think I've ever come across a dedicated silkscreen class since my high school days though. You could look up homemade silk screens if you wanna do it on your own. Otherwise, you may want to find some shirt place that will let you work behind the scenes.
I have my own design that I have designed myself ... I have found a way to design it, print it, cut it, and put it on a shirt.... ALL MY SELF... AS A SINGLE MOM, without all what your talking about... It's called Chingonawear. I admire you, but your videos make things to complicated.... Thanks for the info. I'd trademark it to be safe. Especially if it's something important to you. You can do it directly through the USPTO.GOV website

convert it to .AI or high quality PNG file. If you work with DesignCrowd they will create ideas for you.

PNG format will convert your artwork back to pixels. HiRes PDF is best.
You can scan then email your design to a graphic designer. I can personally change any art into an ai. or vector for you if your interested
