I watched that Miller save live and as a Wings fan I stood up and smiled. Ryan Miller is one of those players that never got his name on the cup but sure as hell put the work in to deserve it.
As good as the goal by Tage Thompson was at 4:32, the goal he scored against Chicago on March 28, 2022 when he broke his stick attempting a one-timer and the puck bounced off the end-boards and ricocheted off the Black Hawks' goalie and went in was by far a much weirder goal. Maybe keep that one in mind if you do another compilation like this!

That Giroux goal wasn't a fluke. He's been doing that for years and has generated tons of points with it. Whether it be a goal or a rebound that his teammate bangs in, that's been his thing. Giroux is probably one of the most underrated players in a the NHL. He was the NHL points leader for like 8 years or so. By that I mean that he was the most consistent. He didn't win any scoring titles but he was always up there in points and he did it every season. He's also one of the best face off guys in the NHL. He's good in all 3 zones and passes like a wizard, while also having some of the nastiest hands in the biz.
