Today we’re going to talk about the psychology of men during no contact.
First of all, most people, they’ll be able to hold on for a few days or maybe even a few weeks. The goal of no contact is to make the guy submit to you in a weird way, to make him come chasing back or to right a wrong that he did or to give you more leverage but the core of no contact is to inflict pain. This is the type of pain that men feel:
1. Envy and jelousy- men naturally feel competition. Every action that you do could potentially mean that you found another guy. It’s a lot easier to project things that are not there and if you’re trying to make him jealous, don’t be so obvious because he’s paying attention to everything.
2. A desire to connect with you - because there’s no oxytocin. What would happen if he actually loved you or liked you and you made no contact with him, it’s gonna make him long for a connection.

I went no contact for two and a half months. He kept contacting me periodically. After a while he started contacting me more especially when I started post of ig again. He went crazy!!! He would not give up! I was trying to make it to three months but I gave in after two and a half because he texted me saying it was an emergency. I said ok so he FaceTimed me. The minute I saw his face I broke. He told me he loved me. We been together ever sense. Yes we still have problems but we work to fix them….. it does work but only if the guy loves you!!!

Generally, people take for granted what is easy to access. People take for granted the one who is too nice, too available. Doesn’t mean there aren’t people who wouldn’t appreciate you. But they are few.
That’s why we play these “games” in relationship. It’s called games but it’s really tactics to preserve your value, and appear emotionally grounded, rational and not out of control. When we fall in love, we are bound to do things out of naivety, and out of that emotion of love, and you could be taken for granted if you aren’t employing the right actions.

I disagree. The purpose of no contact is to get someone who has nothing to offer you, or is toxic out of your life. When someone shows me who they are I believe them and move on. I don’t need to do a replay when I already know what I am dealing with. A snake doesn’t turn into a puppy by you going no contact, or wishful thinking.
He is telling how the other person reacts to it. Your reasons to no contact are only yours
It's also to help you detox the love drug chemicals and regain clarity.

If someone is playing games from the beginning of contract, those games may somehow precipitate throughout the entire relationship!! Cut it OFF from the inception so there’s NO need to do so later….where feelings get involved. If you can’t be honest to the other person involved, be honest with yourself for sake of your mental being. In the end, the right combination of these, and many other unseen aspects will lead to connection. Live your life, get therapy, heal yourself, love yourself. THAT is the best magnet. They are not interested. They see you as a spare tire you know. They don't need you to have their car rolling, they have all their tires available but it's recommended to always have a spare one in case of emergency.
A spare tire isn't something a man keeps in his car because he plans on using it, actually he hopes there's no need of using it but as precaution it's better to take one.
