Depende yan sayo. Ideally, one month before your ID, dun ka mag sched ng SLEC. So yung iba, kahti wala pa ID, nag sched na agad ng SLEC para handa na kung mag current. Iba wait muna ID nila bago mag SLEC para "safe". The choice is yours.
In my experience hindi. Sabi ng iba dalhin nalang daw baka hingin but if you check the website, hindi naman siya kasama. Kaya may Visa Screen certificate para dun na lahat yun.
