And to the comment saying the public needs to be reassured because we are thinking of Fukushima or Chernobyl , wrong !! We are thinking of the Lies we have been told by the DOE and the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant in Piketon Ohio ! Yes Piketon it has never been in Portsmouth no matter what name you give it , it has always been in Piketon Ohio! Remember that !!!

*Nuclear spent fuel is not wasted unless you waste it. Instead of wasting spent fuel, we need to reuse it.*
    1:28:40 1:31:40
"Nuclear reprocessing can separate spent fuel into various combinations of reprocessed uranium, plutonium, minor actinides, fission products, remnants of zirconium or steel cladding, activation products, and the reagents or solidifiers introduced in the reprocessing itself. If these constituent portions of spent fuel were reused, and additional wastes that may come as a byproduct of reprocessing are limited, reprocessing could ultimately reduce the volume of waste that needs to be disposed."-Wikipedia

The education system and apprentice system is messed up. They make the tests too much in cost and wait time. It messes with job stability for apprenticeship training wait time for tests.
The education system is halting good minds by prizing research and theory instead of what makes money. The major system is also too rigid.
We are bogging down good market innovation with tests and regulations and personal vetting systems.
