We just returned from a memorial service one of our veterans. Manuel was a Christian and patriot. He raised a large extended family with those values. I'm so happy to live in this small Texas town. Y'all stand and persevere

Just found out a neighbor who tries to prep but wife was against it watched a video a day or so ago & something clicked. She went out next day & started preparing anything she could think of. Her husband was so excited he told us because he knows we’re patriot preppers. 😂❤

Finally someone listened to me! I got a call saying " Gmama your where right " . They are prepping and stocking up ! Two years! Now they call and tells me, go here and get this while on sale or how to start a fire! Camping supplies, extra meds, water etc! There on it now! I'm so proud of them! ❤

My birthday is Sunday. I will be 69. I grew up on a farm with pigs, chickens, cows, and horses. We did hay, picked apples, grapes, and black berries. My mom caned a lot from the garden. Oh! The memories. Thank you for being you.😅😅

Patera I have to share a story.
I live in west Tennessee in Shelby Forest. We have Shelby Forest Animal Lovers. A young woman took in a weathered Lamacha from an elderly neighbor. She couldn't keep him and reached out for some help. Well we went and got him and took him up to NE Arkansas to our daughter who is the goat whisper. She named him Goose and he is doing amazing and is so happy and loves being with all the goat's and pigs, dogs. He is now Happy on the 80 acres free ranging.. My daughter has always loved her goat's. She has 1000 acres. The goat's and pigs share! ❤
I am so sorry that others attack you for sharing your life with us. I for one, thank you. Having spent time on a small farm in childhood, it brings back so many warm and special memories. Goats were my playmates, and watching yours brings me smiles & joy. May God continue to bless and guide you!
Times are getting tougher everyday. Take the time to learn all we can from each other while it is still readily easy to look things up. No one coming to save us - learning is preparing for the days ahead.
Just the video I wanted today. Been a busy day, sold and delivered 9 pigs to 2 families. Moved my mini gelding to the farrier’s asst who really wanted him. Catching my breath now. God is in full control 🙏🧡 Lorie 😊

69 years old. I'm in as good a shape as I can be. My days of humping a pack for miles is over. I can still hold the line if needed. You younger vets can take over as assault troops. Us older ones will give suppressive fire.

So glad that Vinnie is on the mend. You are so right about the toxicity in social media. My teen has been bullied to the point of self harm by a group of children we cut ties with 2 years ago. She got another nasty message just this week. When I go to the parents with the screenshots they just deny their little darlings could do such a thing. If there are any parents reading this I beg you don’t let your kids get on social media. Thank God my child survived her s.uicide attempt, please don’t put your kids in that situation

So happy Vinnie is recovering. Prayers he continues to recover and heal 100%. We, as caregivers to livestock, WE know our animals. Something small might be off and we see it while someone else doesn't see it. You did the right thing in how you cared for Vinnie, his recovery is a testament to your care. Some people are small, jealous, and mean-spirited. They are very sad individuals. Best to ignore them.

So glad Vinny is out of the woods, yes- nursing a sick pet/animal is exhausting. My kitty is better too! Praise the Lord. I slept in yesterday, it's good you did too. We can't get sick, we don't have time LOL! I think my kitty had a calici virus. It could have taken her out but she was strong enough to pull through with good nursing care and a little antibiotic when a secondary set in. She's walking and eating on her own again too! Yay!

The amount of time and energy it takes for people to be so negative and disruptive to others just amazes me. I do not understand why people can't just be grateful for any info that somebody is willing to share. Be a sponged take the info that you find valuable, pass on what doesn't interest you and do your own research on what you question. I do not find value in all I see on You Tube but I do appreciate what does interest me or those items that make me think about something I had not thought of. Keep on doing all you do and know that the majority of your followers are appreciative. Thank you for what you do for all of us and all your critters.

Retired nurse here. There are a lot of very strange people out there for sure. Nurses help to save many lives by using that gut instinct. Your actions were spot on and that’s what helped to save that animals life. Once you see an animal die, or a person, you never forget it. You reflect ….. what if? In this way we learn. It’s hard and painful, but next time maybe I could be quicker? It would be great if people would use their own gut instincts, it may even save their own life or someone they love. Hopefully they to learn the important things.

I had a horse with EPM...Vets wouldn't test him when I saw subtle signs. Only when he was full blown did they DX him. The biggest battle was people who thought I should give up and some even ignored the nuero DX in the face of multiple veterinary confirmations. We had 3 years of time afterwards and I don't regret it.He told me when it was time. Everyone had their own opinion and some were pretty stupid. Ya done good!❤
My cat quit eating. The vet situation was crazy. One actually wanted to see him a month from now. My main vets phoneline said if you have an emgcy come in otherwise try later - no person answered. I checked all the vets within an hour drive. I ended up doing all I can for him. So far he is still hanging in there. He has hyperthyroid and is being given meds for that. He is eating a little bit and I will continue to help him. He will be going to the vet next week if I can get them to answer the dang phone. Poor guy is recovered from diabetes & had major surgery in his lifetime. He has been a little survivor. He is around 15 I think as he is a rescue I am not certain.
