Yes omg please do a TBR video!!! They are so fun and motivating as well. Also, Steph you have no idea how much your videos, whether you are sitting down, reading, or vlogging (honestly you can just sit and stare at us the entire time we don’t care) mean to me (and all of us) I always truly look forward to them so thank you for sharing your life with us🫶🏼
steph, whenever you want to post a book video, the answer is ALWAYS yes. just know i could sit down for a year just watching you talk about books. it's literally therapy.
smth abt these sit down book video’s always make me kinda emotional since it was the reason i started watching & felt connected to you back in quarantine times & to see how far you’ve came since then makes me unbelievably proud! i will always love & watch ALL your content no matter what simply bc of the energy & comfort u bring & i hope you never feel anything negative when it comes to filming & truly love and enjoy what you do forever bc getting to be a part of your life will forever mean so much to me
The thunderstorm in the background is so nice. My favorite time to read is when it’s storming. The fact it appeared when you were talking about books makes it the perfect storm ⛈️⛈️
Pleaseeee read ACOTAR 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 and do a reading vlog you’ll love it!! I finally caved and just started and I’m already on book three, but I’m obsessed!!!
girl i've been catching up on ur last couple of vlogs today and i just wanted to say that ur videos bring me so much joy, there is something so comforting and relatable about u and i truly do feel like i'm on facetime with a friend whenever i watch ur videos. i hope ur doing well and thank u for hanging out with me today
THIS IS THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE BECAUSE STEPH IS BACK WITH BOOK VIDEOS. (i absolutely love your vlogs, don’t get me wrong but book videos are awesome) 🩷🩷
I suggest reading throne of glass by Sarah J. Maas if you want to get into fantasy. I don’t think it will be exactly your style but I’d still love your thoughts on it. And objectively the plot is better than fourth wing and it has much less plot holes. Also the wold building and politics aren’t only in one book but are explained throughout the series so it doesn’t feel like a completely different writing style. My only gripe with it is that after the second book it feels like she got a new idea and tried merging the first two books with the epic she thought of in her head. I personally love how it turned out but that is a major tonal shift in the story and many people hate it.
AHHHHHH steph is posting a book video again! I love it and I’m so happy your doing vlogs that give you joy and read just for you we love to see your happiness and growth and will stick with you through it alll!! We love you so much steph keep doing your thing💕
Yess please do a TBR video, and as for recommendations: after getting used to the romantasy genre you should read a fantasy book and I recommend The Cruel Prince. It is not high fantasy and it is pretty easy to understand, but people tend to hate it when they think it is a romantasy book but the romance is not the main plot!! ( but it is one of the best )
yes omg iron flame & powerless (& now reckless) are also my favourite reads of the year so far! im so glad you enjoyed the fantasy/romantasy genre! 🗡💕🫶🏼
I‘m currently getting ready to go to the beach, sipping on my iced coffee in my bathroom while I do my hair and makeup and listening to Steph like we’re on FaceTime. Let me tell you this is the peak of girlhood and also the most comforting experience ever 💗🫶
I'm so happy to hear someone else loving Iron Flame. I put it off because so many people were hating on it. But I just finished it and loved it too. I read for escape and don't want to read something too hard or that I have to think or remember too much either. Can't wait for the next one.
For Archer's Voice/small town vibes, I recommend The End and Then by Hannah Bird. It's about a young woman's family trauma, romance, & friendship in a small town in Colorado. The MC works in her friend's bar, there's hiking around a lake, lemonade, found family. So good! The 2nd book is her friend's book.
I've been a huge romantasy lover for years now and I will never stop recommending Sarah J Maas' books. Especially Throne of Glass and ACOTAR series. I read them 4 years ago when I was still in high school. Besides romance and great world-building (which is written in a way that is easy to understand) they have a huge found family aspect. Her books truly changed my life trajectory.
Oh my gosh I freaking love Powerless! I am so excited to read Reckless too! I agree, Powerless definitely is an easy fantasy read, I love how there is so much slow burn romance. Also I love your videos!💖
steph bestie thank youuu for validating my feelings about the plot twist of the serpent and the wing of the night and then its sequel!!! you're genuinely the first person I've seen complaining about the MMc's behaviour... it really threw me off and no one agreed lmfao, love you for this
I was and still am obsessed with Powerless. I read it, listened to the audiobook and I almost finished Reckless. The latest is more of an in between. I wanna say I like powerless more, but also I may be biased because Reckless is too short for my liking 😂 I could read so many more books of Kai and Paedyn. So happy to see books back on your channel. Would love a Tbr video.
I gave Claire and Gibsies book 2 stars and I should have given it one. It took me 2 weeks to get through and had to eventually skip to the last 3 chapters to just get done.
My favorite part of every day, watching Steph talk about books🥰🥰🥰 Also girl I wish I had your lashes, they are so beautiful😭😭 (Watching your videos from Panamá 🇵🇦)
Yes omg I feel like I never hear book influencers talk about the Darkverse and I am obsessed with it! It’s the dark romance series for the soft girlies ❤ can’t wait for the last book
Hey Steph , I have an amazing recommendation for you especially since your starting/continuing your Fantasy era . It’s called Renegades by Merrissa Meyer . It has that same trope about having a trial and the girl is going undercover. She’s the niece of the villain with a tragic past and he’s the son of the hero and it’s a trilogy and every single part is out. I think you’ll love it and it’s also a veryyyyy slow burn
steph you HAVE to read once upon a broken heart! it‘s literally sooooo good and exactly your vibe! it has the slowest burn ever haha and is a fantasy romance 💘 it‘s just perfffff
The way i laughed so hard when u started talking about Nickolai cuz i knew you wouldn't like the fact that he talks about himself that way i was surprised you even finish it girl hahahahahahaha But please try the last book in the series "GOD OF WAR" i think you'll like that one idk but while reading it i was "oh maybe Steph would read this" but anyway this was sooooo fun and I MISS JUST SITTING HERE AND LISTENING TO YOU NON STOP YOU'RE STUNNING BESTIE I LOVE YOU✨🤍
we would love to see you reading Reckless.. I want to read that book and i trust you with books the most. so i really hope you film a reading vlog of Reckless ❤
For the last book in the dark verse series it’s either coming out later in the year or next year. The authors mom past away and their dad has had health issues, that’s why the book never came out
Omg I relate soooo much with your opinion on god of fury, in the way Nikolai spoke about himself and acted. In the books before he is portrayed so different, I expected him to act a lot different. I cringed so much bc it felt so childish. I really thought I was alone with that opinion.
hey steph! loving your fantasy era so i would highly recommend the shepard king duology by rachel gillig (one dark window and two twisted crowns). they were some of my favourite books last year!
I feel like it's been so long!! I love your book videos, please do more!! Could you do bully romance recs? I know some people don't like that trope, but if done right, i can be so iconic!! I love you and your channel!! Ur amazing:)
I think you would love the this vicious grace duopoly! it's easy beginner fantasy! Bodyguard trope, forced proximity but they can't touch because of her powers. And the best found family.
Loved your reviews and run downs of the books. I've def added some to my TBR list. A burning question for me is what do you have on your lashes girl?? They look beautiful !
Omg, I wanted to read Powerless and you just sale it to me!! It sound soooooo interesting, definitely going to be reading it tomorrow. I missed your book videos cause you always give me more to add to my tbr.
You should read but her and blackbird by brynne weaver, it’s the first book in a trilogy and it’s so so so good. It’s a dark romance but it didn’t feel toooo dark, some of the aspects were a bit sick and twisted but not in a disgusting way. I also really enjoyed the romance and can’t wait to read book number two. Also please do a TBR videos it’s my birthday soon so I need some recommendations of good books to ask for
Yes omg please do a TBR video!!! They are so fun and motivating as well. Also, Steph you have no idea how much your videos, whether you are sitting down, reading, or vlogging (honestly you can just sit and stare at us the entire time we don’t care) mean to me (and all of us) I always truly look forward to them so thank you for sharing your life with us🫶🏼
Steph in every video “this is actually the best day of my life!” Love that for you 🤍
the storm & thundering throughout the video was an unpaid actor & really completed the vibe lmfao it felt so cosy i loved it 😫😭🫶🏼
steph, whenever you want to post a book video, the answer is ALWAYS yes. just know i could sit down for a year just watching you talk about books. it's literally therapy.

The day you read the entire TOG series you’re going to realize no other fantasy can even compare !
u mean the game of thrones rip off series lmao
the day you read actual good fantasy...
And it’s not a ton of smut!! There’s really only like two chapters per book and then a couple other very brief mentions
@@ciciclark3453you’ll lol at this after acosf 😂
Hi
@@ciciclark3453umm wait till you get to acosf 😭
steph's "this is the best day of my life" daily mindset has changed my life. every day is the best day ever
girl i've been catching up on ur last couple of vlogs today and i just wanted to say that ur videos bring me so much joy, there is something so comforting and relatable about u and i truly do feel like i'm on facetime with a friend whenever i watch ur videos. i hope ur doing well and thank u for hanging out with me today

there’s something about how fast you talk that scratches an itch in my brain perfectly ✨
Honestly, the thunder and rain while talking about books was sooooo relaxing to me ❤
