I have a similar unit, and while the head unit and frame fit perfectly when I tuck them in, they don’t stay securely in place. Whenever I press the hazard light button, the entire unit tends to tilt downward, like it could fall out. Does this happen to you as well?

We don't have complaints about this issue, mate. So I reckon it does not happen.
