@@gnambiesarah I can't give you an accurate time frame. There are several variables. Each city is different. Each site plan requires different resources. Once you find a good architect and a lot, you'll have a better idea. The process takes years. Beverly Hills has some strict requirements. A property like this could take 5 years, or more, to complete.
Price has dropped to $29.9 million.
I think that's a realistic selling price.

it does not.
A garage for eight cars, and it is not shown in the video. FAIL.
We try to show the most interesting parts of a home In a condensed amount of time. An empty garage with no cars doesn't usually show well on video. Hope you enjoyed the rest of the house. 👍
Imagine spending tens of millions of dollars and you still have to drive 20min to get to a gym that has a pool, where you can actually swim laps in. This is my biggest problem when looking for a new home in LA - the pools are way too short. You can only waddle in this one....
