This is a very nice video Mother and daughter beautiful Makes me miss my mom. I am about to do the 14 day detox next month my sister and I God bless you all.
Hi Mother and Daughter thanks for sharing. I did the detox also, but had to do it in a way I could complete the detox. I took a teaspoon full in 32oz of hot water. I really didn’t care about the taste because I knew it had to take something strong enough to get out the deadly toxins that was buildup in my body for years. In three days I lost 5lbs, had heighten senses, blood pressure was 119/68 wow for my age 66. I’m not gonna work out until the 5th day felt sluggish so I just rested, still doing the detox up to 14 days. I would tell anyone fine tune your body you owe it to yourself. I Took out all sweets, dairy, refine carbs and all grains. I ate only salads, vegetable soup, Granny Smith apple for fruits only, quinoa salad quinoa is a seed not a grain, and LOTS of Spring Water. Water will be key to flushing out the toxin keep that in mind and much blessings on your journey to good health. Thanks Dr. Bobby for all that you pour into us I’m not just listening but doing peace and blessings.
That's amazing!! My mom and I are thinking about doing the detox again or trying another one like just lemon, cayenne and ginger with intermittent fasting and dining more herbal teas. There's still a lot of life style changes constantly happening following doing this detox. It's a beautiful journey!
I absolutely LOVE that you did this detox with your mom… that is so beautiful. Getting healthier together… I love it and I really enjoyed the video. You ladies are beautiful. God bless. Thanks. 🙏🏽
Thank you!!! I truly am blessed to have such a beautiful and open minded mother! She's always looking to grow and bringing us along with her as she grows!! Blessings to you!! 🙌🏽✨️ thank you for watching!!
You look like a close family, more like good friends rather than mom and daughter, and it looks like you have a healthy respectful relationship. good to see. I am getting ready to do the Dr. Bobby Price 14-day detox and appreciate this review.
Btw you should sip the tea. No more than 4-8 oz every 15 minutes. I would normally drink mine over a 1.5-2 hour period. Gulping it will make you have way more detox symptoms…
Its time for me to do it again. I've always had to workout to keep myself in shape, now I'm trying to figure out how to keep my weight on 😅 I'm making it work though. More hemp seeds, quinoa, sweet potatos, etc. have been helping.
I want to do the 14 day detox as well. I’ve done a 3 day fast where 2 days were dry fast. Glad to know it’s bitter. I’ll have to prepare for that! Lol This is a great review! Thank you!
I havent tried dry fasting.. that just sounds too rough lbvs plus my iron is low so I think I need some foods. Thats what I liked about this fast, you can eat, you just have to eat real food
Yea.. at first I thought that eating clean didnt mean I would need to detox but there's so much toxicity around us. Plus, I like the meditative side of detoxing too.
What a cute and honest video. I want my 16 year old to do a detox too, but I’ll try it first. I’m just waiting for my order to arrive. Thanks for sharing your experience and doing such a wonderful mother and daughter share time with us. Have a wonderful weekend!
Thank you for sharing with us your journey. Other than salads and smoothies, did you eat any cooked foods- vegetables and how did you prepare them? I am planning on doing the 14day detox.
I made some Zucchini pasta, slicing the Zucchini like noodles and using coconut milk/creme as my sauce, i made soup with butternut squash, and made some recipes that I got from @turnipvegan on ig
I want to try this detox for my body. How did you get started on your plant based food plan? What did you add to your diet and what did you eat for your breakfast meal plan and for lunch and dinner meals etc? Thanks so much I really enjoyed your post.
I like to start my day with fruit. Zucchini is my favorite vegetable and I typically keep cabbage, broccoli, kale, spinach etc. I recommend taking the time to learn how to cook from scratch, no cans, no boxes. Straight plantain, chickpea or other natural flour, beans and legumes that you have to soak and slow cook. Rice and sweet potatos. All the stuff that is what it is and doesnt have extra ingredients.
I think the focus should be on African achievement. That has never been European's focus. They have only taken the resources by theft or unfair deals when people were feeling destitute or forced.
I agree that has not the Europeans focus. Naturally, once we start taking better care of ourselves and drop that western mindset, we realize what's really important and build accordingly.
Not trying to make excuses, I received my tea, but I work outside the home, (in an office setting), for those who work outside the home, and have completed the tea detox, what is your advice, and or experience?
You'll definitely be using the bathroom a lot but since you'll be eating clean you shouldn't really have a smell. Everyone is different so it's no guarantee but I would just be honest with the people in my office. Tell them you are on specific herbs for health reasons and you may be taking frequent trips to the bathroom. It's mostly a lot of releasing while and right after you drink the teas but you will most likely still be using the bathroom a lot even after that. Hopefully they don't try to send you home 😬
I actually liked the parasite tea. The tummy tea was harder to drink. Note that I’m used to drinking herbal teas. Shout out Calabash Tea! Im on day one.
Hi ladies did you all follow a particular plant base diet from a cook book or did you just make your own choices also could you please give the name of the vegan restaurant in Atlanta thanks congrats on your detox journey
We didnt follow any specific cook book. We found good recipes online here and there and shared them with each other. We really just made sure we were conscious of everything we put in our bodies. The name of the ATL restaurant is Tassili's. Its soooo good!!
We both walked everyday and my mom skated, I went skating once. I'm just now getting back into a workout routine. I don't think I was eating enough to workout. I really wanted to focus on cleansing and releasing. When I workout, I focus on putting on weight and boosting my metabolism so I can eat more.
We're not on any HBP meds. My mom used to be on them but was able to get off hers by going plant based. Check out some of Dr. Bobby price videos. I feel like he'd have that information on his page.
@FlowingWithFluid ..thank you for responding. How long was your mom eating plant based before getting off hbp meds? I am considering going plant based as well. By the way, you and your mom are beautiful ladies

I went plant based for my detox awesome baby
Are you still plant based now?

I just did it after work just in case.

I am currently on day 2 and the Tummy Tea Tox takes me a long time to finish it because it os sooooooo nasty lol.
Lol keep going! It gets a little better! It was the parasite cleanse for me 🥴 it's all worth it in the end. I want to do it again now

Did u workout during the detox

I really wanted to focus on cleansing and releasing. When I workout, I focus on putting on weight and boosting my metabolism so I can eat more.
What is the herbal mesh infuser for. How do I use it
It's like a tea bag but a reusable one. You just put the herbs in it and pour your water over it and let it steep
What if taking HBP meds, is there any interaction?
We're not on any HBP meds. My mom used to be on them but was able to get off hers by going plant based. Check out some of Dr. Bobby price videos. I feel like he'd have that information on his page.
@FlowingWithFluid ..thank you for responding.
How long was your mom eating plant based before getting off hbp meds?
I am considering going plant based as well.
By the way, you and your mom are beautiful ladies
