- A spoken word response to those that are ashamed to be Muslim, constantly feeling the need to blend in and give up their faith so that they can finally be accepted.
We must be strong as Muslims as we have already achieved validation from Allah, there really is no need to sell our faith short.
May Allah give us strength, by no means are we saying this is easy, as without the help of Allah, we are all nothing.

This video is bringing up the exact issue I’m living everyday at school, i’m the only Muslim and feel totally isolated and afraid, afraid what nonbelievers would think of me if they ever find out I’m a Muslim. As a result I’m praying 3/5 prayers very late and I am ashamed of it. I really need to go school but can’t keep delaying my prayers. This video gives me the courage to be a proud Muslim because in the eyes of my Lord I am better than the nonbelievers.

Never say I'm better than anyone because you only believe that but God look at our hearts and sees them, you can't, you can't make judgment on ppl based on their beliefs, you don't even know what's inside of them and ehat do they truly believe. And for the prayers, they can be delayed because you have an excuse, I live in a muslim country and we all delay our prayers because we study. Don't be too extremist because God made it all easy for us :)

Would you have been more satisfied if he said, I'm better than those who know the truth and reject it? So be it, same definition, different wording. I believe you know there are people that know the truth and reject it. So he/she isn't wrong in what they said. Stop turning his comment section into something it shouldn't be. It's either you have advice on making it easier for this person during school, make dua, or just move on because there's no need for your comments.
Just a side note, I understand, no1 is better than anyone. It's all about the niyah, and only Allah know what our intentions are. Salam 😁
I am the only Muslim and hijabi in whole of my school. I am not ashamed of my hijab and being a Muslim, but I am also proud of it. I don't care what they say or what they do. The only thing that is important to me is ALLAH pleasure, not those around me. We should be proud of our religion and that we are the ummah of Muhammadan (pbuh)❤️

Donato Marcello Radice Brother most Muslims living in the west do suffer a difficult life. And I can say this as a Muslim living in the west. I'm not even ganna talk about other people's experience I just ganna tell you mine. Just a week ago I was on the bus and there was like this middle ages dude that came on the bus when he saw my hijab he started swearing at me. This is all on the bus. In front of everyone and none even spoke up. I could've said something back hell I could've jumped on him if I wanted to. But I didn't you know why. I didn't want to feed the stereotype that Muslims are so violent. So I just took it calmly. Anyways what I'm trying to say here is, as Muslims living in the west we face challenge I'm our every day life's. I dont think you'd meet a single muslim person who did not experience something similar in their life.
I'm proud to be Islam and i always proud.

Dreadnaught85 A modern Muslim is one who lives in the modern day and understands the needs of the current world and adapts to them whilst sticking firmly to his faith, cuz he knows it's an advantage. His faith makes him more compassionate and understanding, rather than closed minded. He's more successful while still aiming at the afterlife. He understands what God asks of him and is freed by Islam, not restricted by it.
The non-modern Muslim lives in the past and is restricted by what he thinks is are Islamic teachings, and that makes him kinda hard to deal with and makes him practically non-adaptable. That comes from a limited understanding of Islam, though he assumes otherwise.

If you're seeking a conversation, I'm up for that. If you're in it just to prove a point and have no interest in listening, then I don't debate in such situations.
First of all, you've gathered every concept you've heard of about Islam, and threw it on the table to show that Islam is barbaric and outdated, maybe wrong even. That's a very closed-minded, ignorant (and arrogant) and non-scientific approach to the matter. For every concept you've stated, there is a context. You cannot judge a concept without the context in which it is meant to be implemented.
Let's run through them real quick:
Slavery: Islam came to rid the world of slavery.
Sex slavery: Non-existent.
Beating wives: The prophet (peace be upon him) once patted his wife with a siwak (tooth brush like object), not intending to hurt her, but to send a message, he never beat his wives. Get your facts straight.
Women considered less important then men: Non-existent.
Taxes for non-Muslims: Taxes were paid by both, Muslims and non-Muslims. Just like in any country.
Lashing people for cheating: Non-existent.
Chop hands of thieves: It isn't as simple as that. There are many rules that need to be satisfied before one can have their hand chopped off. If one qualifies for this punishment, they'd probably need to be as relentless as John Dillinger. And at that point, chopping their hand off would seem like a very small punishment. It's all about sending a message; making the punishment for the crime look so savage, that no one would ever consider committing it.
If you want to know the truth about Islam, stop watching Fox news and read a book or something. Or ask real Muslims.

Ahmed Toqeer According to Quran 3:3 , 3:48 and other verses confirm the Taurat (Torah) which came before the Quran. If the Torah is confirmed from Allah then why would Muslims not follow the commands in the Torah in addition to the Quran? If both are from Allah and are holy books then it seems like both should be followed.

Was it to detract/diminish from their positive attributes/goodness or to affirm it. Point being, saying "Allahu Akbar" is to remind & affirm more to oneself than to the Almighty....for the Creator need not anything from their creation. Secondly, if someone insults your dearly beloved, would you not react? Having said that, our Beloved Prophet, may Allah's blessings, mercy and peace be upon him, never modeled or preached punishing anyone, even the unGodly. Instead, he taught patience, tolerance and restraint. Additionally, Islam does not condone aggression without just cause and even then, only for self protection when another has transgressed their bounds. Brother! brother!! one at a time please!! I can clear up all your misconceptions in a heart beat but you cherry picking verses is going to confuse yourself and anyone who reads this. I'll try to the best of my knowledge to clear this up. (Before I get into all this, I love the fact that you actually read the Quran and are making clear points instead of just puking out what the media fed.
1. Surah 4 verse 94.
You're completely misinterpreting this verse!! IF YOU ARE CAPABLE, support Allah with your wealth and (YOURSELF)* What Allah means with wealth is basically pay zakat (yearly charity) and what he means by yourself (not lives but could be translated into lives (Flaws in the English language)) is your heart, your prayers, your good deeds and yes, just like in the past when the prophet and his companions had to go to war to protect themselves and their religion, if another crusade happens then it would be better for you to fight for Allah.
2. Meccan Surah....??
This is where I really doubt you studied Islam for over 10 years. A Meccian surrah and and median surrah basically mean when the verses were revealed to the prophet while he was in Medina or in Mecca. Of course during these two times there were a lot of different circumstances unto which the verses were revealed but nevertheless, no actual significance! There is a logic behind it but that would take forever to explain.
3. Surah 86
Mate, I clearly said it was one my favorite surahs. That's why I ''jumped'' to it.
Never think that I or any GOOD Muslim would shy away from anything the Holy Quran says. As for the clot remark. First of all, the Quran has NO CONTRADICTIONS. for centuries people have tried and failed miserably and you have clearly just failed to. in surah 86 verse 6 & 7 Allah say "he is created from a water gushing forth, coming out from between the backbone and the ribs" God explains the process of which we were made. Clot of blood when we are in our mothers womb, Clay for Adam (PBUH) because Adam couldn't be a clot in any mothers womb and since Adam is made of clay and we are all his children then we are all made of clay. 4. Hypocrisy

5. Best of Nations

I'm a practicing Muslim and i live in a Muslim Arab country .Before i used to pray and fast secretly because i didn't want to lose some friends : ( if you don't drink, don't smoke, don't make love before marriage ...they will consider u as a "boring" or a "medieval person" , and when you say that you pray or you go to the mosque they will start mocking u as a primitive person ) my teenagerhood was tough : i want to be a good practicing Muslim but i dont want to lose some "friendship" at the same time . Hopefully, now I'm more adult and with age i care less , and with my new chronic disease (so sad and painful ) , my relation with religion became stronger and i feel that i'm becoming a better person alhamdulillah .

It is not shame, it is fear. The Muslims of today fear being accused. Most current acts of terror in the world are associated with Islamic militants. People are afraid with good reason of getting accused when they are innocent. I'm Christian, but often cover my hair. People think I'm Muslim or Jewish when I do. I get yelled at, and am made fun of. I lose job opportunities because of my last name. I'm well qualified, but am told I'm not the best candidate before ever talking with me. But the same happened to my relative who is Vietnamese. He was almost run over. Its not shame, its fear and it is loss of opportunities.
Unfortunately True, but real muslims are those who beat their fear of this world.

wow totally relate to the part where he's trying to pray in a corner, that was my ultimate struggle in uni where id try to pray in empty classrooms and my heart would always be beating so hard cuz i was so nervous someone would come in, or on my first day at a new job trying to figure out where i can hide to pray, i was so relieved when i found out they had a mothers room/meditation room.
even among muslims it can be hard if you are the only one to step away to pray, it gets awkward, especially setting that boundary in the beginning.
watching your videos and reading the comments always brings to my mind how blessed every Arab is just to be born in a muslim family and to know Arabic.
