His attack will be Unison Strike. Lloyd calls upon any of his friends (They change randomly like joker's) as they send a barrage of attacks while lloyd finishes his opponent with Falcon Crest.
I like this. Here another mechanic a in case people complain about the tp system being similar to Hero. I thought that there should be a move that changes Lloyd's Attack type( Normal, Strike, and Technical). Normal would keep his first artes, Strike would change them to his Strike forms of those moves, and Technical would change it to his Technical forms. The TP mechanic could stay with this so that he wouldn't be broken.
@@z-dub7386 I like that ^^ but they shouldn't be afraid to make a character op at the start. Thatll give them time to think of ways to adjust his kit if players feel this character becomes too out of hand. I mean...just look a sephiroth. Even if they nerf him, I feel like hes going to be in the same situation bayonetta was in.
All that's left is for them to give him a character gimmick that separates him from other sword fighters. I want lloyd in but I feel like hes going to be a dual wielding bayonetta if they incorporate turbo chain attacks. Maybe they can notch it down with 3 attacks? Or maybe lloyd gets an "Arte" gimmick. Jab/Rapid Jab: 3 hit sword swings and Sword Rain. he will perform his usual 3 hit attack for his jabs. But when you hold the attack but it becomes sword rain which doesnt have a stronger move but can be chained with special attacks like tiger blade and tempest
Dash Attack: Sonic Thrust. i dont see this as a B move. the stronger version of this attack will be Super Sonic Thrust becoming a kill move.
Up Tilt: Overhead Slash. much like sephiroth's up smash but of course it isnt as long.
Down Tilt: Sweeping Slash (Similar to pit's)
Forward Tilt: Wide Blade Swing (Pulled from ssf2)
Forward Aerial: Rapid Sword Jab. (A multi hit similar to either fox or sonic)
Up Aerial: Upward Slash (Pulled From ssf2)
Down Aerial: Critical Jab. A. special type of down air that has different properties depending on the timing of when you press you button. (Early Press: When you immediately press down you will fall down fast stabbing whatever is underneath. Late Press: When you press it one second late you will perform link's down air which bounces you up when it hits the opponent. Perfect Press: When you press down air on your opponent, you will not only spike them but you will bounce upward.) Weakness: If the attack does not hit, you will be stuck in that position until you press the button to get out of it
The taunts are all simple references to his games
Final Smash: So other then piranha plant, every DLC Fighter has received a cinematic smash and lloyd definitely deserves one.
@@thechubbyprotaganist Yeah you are definitely right about that
@@z-dub7386 oh and hey, theres no need to not make a similar function like hero's mp gauge. I mean look at Robin's :)
@@thechubbyprotaganist yeah you make a point. Then the TP bar shouldn't cause too much of an uproar
With each successful hit and or combo, his smash attacks and special attacks change into stronger versions of what weve seen in the video. This gimmick will most likely get him banned in tournament...maybe, if he were to ever get into the game but that's how I see them doing this
Overlimit.
