I kinda have the same issue but the bike turns off while riding and i just off the ignition and start the bike again and then it runs normal...is it the same issue or something's wrong!?
That could be because of your relay cable. Please have it checked. This is a common issue for most interceptors. Mostly you will need to change it. Resolve it before it escalates
If it's Heating, the change the oil to 10w20. Also interceptor is not recommended to be used in heavy traffic. If the ABS and Engine light is showing. Stop the vehicle for some time and then proceed. It's an air cooled engine, that why it's happening. Basically it's R&D issue
Tried, not working. Changed mobile and included the shooter as well. Will stop long rides in heavy traffic. Service centre is asking to change abs module, but they are not sure if it will rectify the issue.

So Guys my interceptor 650 is just under a month old. My abs light is on always even when i start my bike. is it supposed to go off whie riding i have no idea.
No need to change the RR Unit. Cause that's not the solution. The reason why it's getting heated up is because of don't have a cooling fan. It depends fully on the air to cool the engine. If you change it to Motul it will help. But if you are frequent city rider, i would recommend adding FuelX. It will definitely solve the problem

If you are a heavy user of the bike in traffic, the. I recommend FuelX to be installed. People have given good reviews post installations. Call the up and ask from heating issue resolution.
@@Hs-gh4xr No need to change the instrument consol. THis only happens when you bike heats up so much. In this case you can use 3 liquid moly MOS2 additives. and reduce reving your engine too much.
Hey bro, in my case for RE Interceptor, after riding around 30 kms continuously without stop, if I stop and kill the engine to go to a shop or to refuel, then engine will not start. But after half an hour bike will start only to return home, because if I kill the engine again in between then same issue arises.
i have the same issue .. after riding the bike for say about 15 kms .. the abs light switches on and the acceleration is quite abnormal .. even in neutral the engine will revv up like its in 1st gear and the instrument cluster lights will switch off .. more over my brakes will fail sometimes .. like the brakes wont apply at all. quite risky that is donno what to do .. royal enfield service center guys wont address your problems until they see it happening in front of their eyes .. and they wont ride my bike for 20 kms to check it out 🥲

It's a normal thing for interceptor and it happens only during city use. In highway it will be fine. I have posted a solution in my channel. Watch it
@@umamaheswaranbalasubramani4803 been to the showroom yesterday .. the guy took it and connected the ecu with their computer … he said he cleared the error codes and tightened the abs connection which was lose and told me to come back again if the problem persists which i am sure it does .. told him to change the rr unit for which he denied as if he is gonna pay the money. Need to go for a ride tomorrow to check it out.

Side stand sensor is just 400 or less. Oil i ts better to use shell or Motul
Wth really just 400 bucks ? Is it same as the neutral sensor ? Because for me service center is charging 1000 rupees 🫣

From experience riding my interceptor at temps of 110-115 fahrenheit this bike only exceeds oil temps of 212 F/100C if you're going under 30 mph.

Did it get resolved? I too have the same problem now , the service guys are clueless about it .

My interceptor also engine light abs is on. Instrument console backlight also suddenly going off and coming on

As far as I know Royal Enfield runs fully synthetic oil from veedol on our bikes, it’s always been that way. Someone has misguided you in this regard

This is because your Relay Cable is not working. Replace it.

This bike is not good for city rides. The bike heats up cause there is no cooling system. So try to avoid using bike in cities
