I like Havik and Reiko interactions the most. Something about them is just … deep. A loyal solider, child of war, a general’s “lap dog” versus a total anarchist who got trough slavery and severe punishments his whole life. And yet both are rebelling. Reiko is aiding Shao to conquer the throne and Havik to end all forms of oppression (to the extreme). Also that laugh Havik gives Reiko during another intro is kinda kinky 🌚 Sorry not sorry. Considering their history in MKX comics I think Reiko and Havik should interact more. Great characters regardless the timeline, great chemistry, amazing contrast between serving and causing chaos.
I know everyone talks about how Havik can pronounce certain letters despite having no lips, but my main problem is how much he emphasizes his P's on some of this intros.
I kinda dislike that they made Havik a full-on villain not because of nostalgia for the Midway era but because both siding a conflict between rebels and tyrants is deeply mean-spirited

No, he's the actual havik, in this timeline is dairou, just that
@@doctordoom6063watch the post credit, then you'll know
@@rymreaper that's a havik from another timeline were he is the most powerful and the king of it, that post credit havik has nothing to do with the normal havik we play with
@@rymreaper that’s not our havik
Havik: BE FREE FROM YOUR OPPRESSORS!
Everyone else: WHAT OPPRESSORS??
Hope Hotaro comes back as DLC to get revenge for what Havik and Rain did to Seido.
A great setup for mk2
If they do, I hope they reveal that he was the one that tortured Havik/Dairou.
He was already long ago dekonfirmed by Ed Boon.
I really have a taste of always being interested in Characters that are not neccesarily the Most Iconic Faces of the Franchise, but Oh Man! Havik could be a very Unknown and Darkest Character for many Main Stream People, but he's such a Sickest Character for being interest to know and play. Main Reason for get MK1 in the future, along with Mileena (obviously Hehe)
19:39 was actually very nice of havik considering rain wanted nothing more to do with havik after seido
Dude, seriously, Havik gives off Atrocius vibes in this. Just the thought of him with a Red Ring is absolutely terrifying. With the amount of rage he has, plus his regenerative abilities, once he has a Red Ring... yeah, everyone's fucked.
Havik: Since when is freedom a disease?
Me: It's not, it's just that you got your freedom plan all wrong in so many ways.
Even though he's super wrong, he speaks with such devotion that you can't help but root for the guy
Havik not liking subzero because water should flow free is nice
9:35 was that a hamilton broadway reference?!
It has to be right?
Yeah, I knew I heard that before! 😂
14:10
Freaking *DAIROU...* not a lot of us saw that coming. TheFightersDen...you WILL have something to say about this.
14:10
Reptile: 🤨😏return to saido......dairou
Havik: 😠😨What did you learn my real name!?!
I love how it's Reptile who calls Havik by his real name out of nowhere just like how Raiden revealed Reptile's to by Syzoth in MKX
@@MoonlightStriderIt also makes decent sense - Syzoth is an emissary now, of COURSE he knows the juicy.
18:27 Kung Lao: *Can't Argue With That!!!*
Havik: Join Me In The Pursuit Of Freedom
Baraka: After you Partnered With Shang Tsung, NEVER!!!
I know intro diologue can't always be taken seriously, some are alternate reality people(usually in mirror matches) and sometimes they are just to reference or have fun. But if Havik is now Dairou with a new background and taking on a new name and crusade, that'd be kinda cool.
I wish they kept his whisper voice, to make him more nonsensical. Everything else about him is cool, though. Looking forward to Hotaru in the next one if he's still alive. Maybe he'll the last survivor of the Seido police force, just as obsessed with order and authority as Havik is obsessed with anarchy and chaos, on a revenge path to kill Havik. It's a shame Havik was featured so little in the story, but that's expected with the amount of characters already in the story.
I hope Hotaru is part of the next dlc wave
The Titan Havik we saw post credits is the one we know and love. He looks and sounds like the original Havik. Absolutely insane and terrifying.
I'm glad they haven't forgotten about who Havik actually is. Can't wait for the DLC.
@@thebritishexo252dekonfirmed...
By Ed Boon. 😑
For how long this franchise has been going, we’ve barely seen anything on Orderrealm/Chaosrealm.
He might be the one that tortured Dairou/Havik, and that's why he's seeking him out.
11:33 Havik had a lil voice crack hear, you know he means those words.
7:44 I hate Shao, but he's based for that one
19:49 "no no, he's got a point..."
I love the facial expressions in this game! It's more noticeable.
15:20 ; 16:08 Can't Argue With Havik THERE !!!
2:43 he said the thing
Literally anyone:
Havik: "OpPrEsSiOn!!1!!"
7:37 was my favorite part other than Reptile’s and Rain’s interaction with our old pal
Finally, some talk of Hotaru. I pray for his return for KP2!
I wonder how well Havik would get along with Zaheer.
O P P R E S S I O N
Havik sounds a lot like a meatcanyon voice actor, especially at 2:43
That’s an insult because meat sounds fat
@@magicman3163lmao
@@magicman3163meatcanyon is an animator and is known for his very disturbing animations.
@@benminer7071 yeah I’m saying he sounds fat becoming his voice you can hear his breathing is heavier
so dairou in this timeline probably lost his family as well. and it left him alone to the torture of orderrealm. causing him to give himself to chaos and become havik
no, hes Havik, but they gave some dairou aspects to him (mixed their history) so now the original Dairou is a no one
@@yum-in3vpeeeh, not really, this havik is more of a mix of darrius and dairou, only things he has similar to havik are the design and powers, he still wants chaos yes, but original havik wants more of a religious and neutral chaos, this havik is more revolutionary and against orderealm's dictatorship just like darrius, and has suffered because of orderrealm just like dairou.
To be honest if it wasn't for the powers, he could've been either darrius or dairou and nothing would've changed
Kitana is straight up lying about caring for it's lowest, before Mileena became emperor no one gave a shit about people with Tarkat. xd
He can really pronounce them "p's" without having lips
Somehow Havik's design for MK 1 kinda reminds me to Jago's design from the modern Killer Instinct game
And I think Havik sees how charismatic Reiko is (he is strong, bold, loyal) and wants him on HIS side.
And Reiko says “I wont be distracted, Havik”. Wow.
Also that laugh Havik gives Reiko during another intro is kinda kinky 🌚
Sorry not sorry.
Considering their history in MKX comics I think Reiko and Havik should interact more. Great characters regardless the timeline, great chemistry, amazing contrast between serving and causing chaos.
low key..... Havik's kind of a stud....😅
Glad I'm not the only one who thinks so! 😅
Thanks for doing my favourite character also first
Thanks for watching brotha!
Np also please can you do all havik brutals
Did anyone get the fact that Havik is actually Dairou?
I wanna know how hes making noises like “empress” without lips lmfao
I know everyone talks about how Havik can pronounce certain letters despite having no lips, but my main problem is how much he emphasizes his P's on some of this intros.
His face keeps clipping through the silver jawline thing when he speaks
I swear, Nitara does not sound like she belongs in the mortal kombat universe.
I kinda dislike that they made Havik a full-on villain not because of nostalgia for the Midway era but because both siding a conflict between rebels and tyrants is deeply mean-spirited
17:20 Shakespeare’s *_"Julius Caesar"_* reference
I prey Havik sticks around this time and doesn’t get benched again for another 16 years. (Yes it’s been THAT LONG)
14:44 i like raiden same sense of if your toy is broke just fix it.
