I finally upgraded from PAINT 3D to Adobe Creative Cloud and I’m loving your content! I immediately saw the potential when launching into Fresco and messing around with some greens & blues.
what brush are you using with the swatch you created? i saw your first short showing off this technique & immediately fell in love. attempted to recreate the 3d effect with some colorful gradation but i couldn’t find a brush that enhanced the swatch in a similar way. a lot of them would combine all the colors or it was difficult to see the full spectrum of the swatch. i am so happy i made the switch to fresco for the majority of my digital drawing, & i know i’ve only scratched the surface regarding possibilities.
I believe this was just using a simple round brush. The reason it won’t give the same results with some brushes is because the brush stamp is a shape that has some variation and shape dynamics applied to it.
So cool!! How can I import an svg from vectornator or affinity into Fresco? I can open a jpg, or png, but can’t figure out how to open an svg so I can add the cool watercolour effects…. 🤯❤️🇦🇺
@@chris-piascik Chris, you are the one to be thank you’d!! You are a kind, funny, intelligent person, anyone in your circle can consider themselves lucky to know you . I’ve learned a lot about you from your videos (I’m a new sub). I gotta say You Sir are one of a kind. I admire you for your dedication to art, your intent to help others, and the fact that you try to answer all the comments on your videos is super cool 😎 Thanks for all that you do and hope you have safe travels and be sure have fun!
Adobe Animate is a great, but it is desktop only. It's also not the best for me because I'm more of an illustrator than animator. I like to add motion to my work as opposed to doing full on animation. So for me, the drawing experience is much more important-so that's why I use Fresco and Photoshop.
1st! pin plz?
Haha ok!
@@chris-piascik Thank you I sub

Dude that's so fuckin cool. You should redo the video and show the font at the end. It will make the video more sticky
Thanks for the tip!

You could be using a brush with too much mixing, etc. did you try the basic round brush?
What is the tip you are using on your pencil?
This is an old video but I’m pretty sure it’s just a generic replacement from Amazon.

I don’t think there’s an easy way to do it yet. At least I haven’t found it. I imagine that might be something that will be added though.
@@chris-piascik I hope so. Thanks for replying 😊
I don’t understand how you made a brush by using the eye dropper tool to sample the painted area.
If you double tap the modifier it enables multicolor swatches.
LOVE!!!
☺️☺️☺️
So cool!
It’s such a fun feature!
Mmmm yummy it looks like candy 😋
❤️
Like a 3d brush
Yeah it’s pretty crazy!
That’s pretty ❤

How do you save to the palette?
You can save the brush in the brush settings menu.
Have you tried Rebelle Pro 6 yet?
I will have to check it out!
Ibispaint have that built in brush
The one I made?
So you basically made a custom brush
Yep!
Is it free to use?
Yes it is.
what is the modifier
The little circle on your artboard.
