I’d put a diesel tank on that property somewhere maybe on the pad for the garages or lay a new pad down. Not having to leave to fill up would be awesome

Just air down the tires for that road and it will smooth out the ride by 50%.Without airing down the Ford suspension is brutal it's like riding a bucking bronco lol

That machine took that stump out like nothing. Pretty impressive. Makes a huge difference just clearing a lot.

Good smart man investing money in land before it’s all gone. Wish I had done this years ago.
If I may be so bold, I’d like to suggest you employ some fast forward features and zip thru the mulching sections… just a thought.

A skid steer brush cutter will definitely cut the working time. Upstate Brush Control has some nice videos on this channel.

You need a Cat Dozer for that lot.... definitely would take your spot to a whole new level if you got all that under brush and mulch burned off.
I’m not certain but it seems to me that a skid steer with mulcher would be time efficient on jobs like this where all the brush is low like it is.

It’s getting very expensive to buy land here right now. There is nothing here as of yet. I will take care of that.
