    I might be wrong, but I believe these designs/names came from real Sears (or a different company) catalog houses. Great build!

    Actually working on this two houses myself, I will also not be using the supplied roofing.

      They're not bad, I think they were done a while ago. But yeah, those roofs leave a lot to be desired. LOL

      Rachel, I'd try to find a model railroad club in your area and see if they would take them. You can search online for one near you. Many clubs take donations to sell at train shows and help finance the club. If they are a 501c3 you can also get a tax deduction for the value of the donation. Good luck.
