Hey girl, Just want to let you know if u have knee pain, try wear knee sleeves but it also means your form may be off and your pushing the weight forward on your knees. Try putting the weight by pushing back in your heels. And make sure to stretch before or after heavy lifting.

I’m sorry your knees have been hurting 🤍 Weight lifting IS low-impact. It doesn’t damage the body.. it can help bring immense healing & strength to the knees, whilst pushing out toxins. The question is: what’s the underlying cause? Imperfect form? Lack of nutrition, minerals & vitamins? Health issues one may not be aware of? Inflammation? The C-Vax effect one’s body in the absolute worst of ways. I would keep that in mind.
