This is Grenada 🇬🇩 national dish other islands makes similar but Grenadian are very particular with theirs starting with the layout of the pot 💗

I guess that now the Grenada boat comes to Harvey Vale it has improved business. When it only went to Hillsboro a lot of visitors would never come to Harvey Vale.

Everything but the kitchen sink is in that pot. I am Trinidadian our oil is different.more breadfruit and pigtail is the only meat if you're a meat lover. I make mine with saltfish.
