Thanks so much for the review! It def seems overwhelming with so many things you can do. Is there a way to limit what the kids can do or see? With Pre K/Kinder they have a habit to just click anything, which is awesome when letting them explore but not when you want them to do a specific lesson.
Not that I know of. You might like Khan Academy Kids or Hooked on Phonics (which includes math and spelling too). These apps are less "busy" than ABC mouse.
@@AmandaMelrose thank you so much for the quick response! Your page is great, so happy I stumbled upon it. As I go through trial and error in our summer camp this year I will do my best to update you on what worked and didn’t work. I teach kids computer science so I want to have stations where they can maybe just complete one or two activities. Learning apps in general are just a good way for them to get familiar with using computer. iPads seems to be better for PK 3/4. I introduce trackpads and mouse when they are Kinder age. Still challenging but higher success rate. Sorry for all the typing 😅. Just excited to find a page like yours. Keep up the great work! You are doing amazing ! ❤️
For little kids I'm sure it's enough for math and learning to read. But if you're looking for a complete online curriculum for younger kids iI would go with Homeschool Plus which is the same creators as ABC Mouse. I have a full review on my channel - it's pretty fun!
@@AmandaMelrose I just wish I could find a home schooling program that had actual textbooks, not workbooks and not a curriculum for second grade that was only 4 chapters for social studies.
I was about to ask why I’m paying $19.99 a month, but maybe I selected the additional stuff. Also I came to look for a video, because we can’t figure out why my son can’t get more then 1 of the 4 stars on his learning path. Would you be able to answer?
@@AmandaMelrose thank you! I think he was doing the bare minimum to get through the level, because we started sitting him and he started getting 3 stars.

Wow! Tfs! There's a lot on here!
Yes there is! Maybe too much!
Is this a complete curriculum? In other words, is abc mouse by itself enough without having to supplement with other materials

I am trying to figure out why we can play games offline, example when are in the car
If you download the app I assume they must download some offline content.
Thank you!

Hmm, I never came across that issue before. I hope you got it fixed!
