Honestly, having watched him back when Rimac was smaller, they need to just let him cook on these presentations. The first half felt a little "corporate" but he settled into the engineering piece and the second half was fun to watch.

Imo this has one of the best looking interiors ever made. Instead of putting an ugly touchscreen, they went the opposite and made it MECHANICAL. Beautiful, absolutely beautiful.

He’s the CEO of Rimac, this is his creation as he led the design of the new Bugatti. I agree his passion for it is infectious, and shows here in his presentation, as well as in the years of work they did to achieve something as incredible as this.

Wow. Wow. Wow. I always had some sort of preference for koenigsegg and pagani but, after this? No way. What a beautiful machine. Everything was done right. Naturally Aspirated, Analog features, no gimmicks. How could something so classic be so revolutionary? Incredible.

I'm not gonna lie when they were talking about "the new era" I got scared. I was thinking it was gonna be a crapy EV. But I was so relieved to hear that sweet sound of the beating heart of a V16 engine. Bugatti has done it again.

Do some people not understand how impressive that top speed is for A Naturally Aspirated car? (granted it's a hybrid and has 3 electric motors, but still)
Clearly the missed the memo about the weight savings of not requiring 4 turbos and piping for 16 radiators & intercoolers.
@@Jushwa weight helps with acceleration, it doesn't make much of a difference in top speed. Unless you're driving up a hill.
@@beanapprentice1687 pretty sure added mass doesn’t help with handling or braking. This isn’t some nose heavy rwd truck that you have to throw sand bags in the back to keep the rear end stuck.

Stunning car. Going lighter than the Chiron with a more compact green house as he calls it, no rear bumper thanks to this beautiful giant diffuser, and those Analog clusters working like fine clockwork, this is simply a masterpiece. I also love this new powertrain too, better sound, better overall performances and more efficient. It's unique and state of the art.

I swear to God when I first time saw Mate Rimac 10 years ago with Rimac Concept One and the way he talks, his personality and especially his passion for cars and respect for older technology I was like this guy would really deserve to run some heritage car brand like Bugatti. So when I learned he actually became CEO of Bugatti I knew he would deliver an absolute banger of the car and worthy succesor of Veyron and Chiron.
Mate I know you will probably never see this, but I just want to say this. You have really outdone yourself with this one.... the stats are absolutely insane, but I am more impressed with the way you talk about the car and explanations of every little detail which made this godlike vehicle become reality.
Just 36 years old and already LEGEND on par with guys like Enzo, Pagani, Ferdinand Porsche etc.

Amazing! The Tourbillon has so much detail to it, and I’m glad that I’ll be able to see Bugatti grow and embrace a new chapter “pour l’eternite.” It does kinda resemble a Chiron, but looks SO MUCH BETTER! Hats off to everybody at Bugatti-Rimac for making this possible.

Mate Rimac and his team at Bugatti have delivered a perfect 10 with the Tourbillon. This design philosophy: digital detox, beauty at every level, understated elegance, tradition, AND cutting edge technology… “Tourbillon” is fitting, though with how harmoniously they have incorporated all these elements, “Symphony” would also have been an appropriate name.
The Tourbillon is a triumph of composition and design, well deserving of a place alongside the works of both Richard Wagner and Ferdinand Lange.
I smile as I imagine what Mate and his team could create were they to apply this same philosophy to a design for a spiritual successor to the Mercedes gull wing 300sl.

it looks absolutely stunning, tons of love from a Bugatti lover, though the repeated taillight threw me off a little. straight out of a La Voiture Noire, with the Divo styling mixed in. Front is very sweet, the sides on the other hand look a bit too much like a Chiron. Overall a 9/10, personal opinion: "Beautiful, though it looks like a facelifted Chiron."
