Honestly, it's easier to see the details in this black fabric then in all the videos I've watched of the beige and white lace fabrics you have. With my eyes having need of bifocals now in mid 40s it's easier because there is more contrast.

When she was in college, she took a beautiful black lace, sleeveless, long dress and wore a black, long sleeved ,turtle necked top under it. Many people wanted to know where she bought that dress. I'm one of those fence sitters, lol I'm feeling inspired by both of you, and getting closer and closer every day, to hopping off that fence with both feet and with my trusty fabric scissors in hand. I think cutting up lace is going to be the hardest thing for me.... i love lace soooo much, and i hate the thought of wasting any amount of the wondrous stuff!!!!
