In this video we have removed the rust of an old ax. This ax was about 50 years old. It was used by my grandfather and now it was not used. So we thought of using it again and its rust. Removed it and made it usable
Now again it will come in handy for chopping wood

I am confused why you wasted the time with the scraping and chemical bath if you were going to grind for the final finish. The least you could have done was some sanding.
