For the combo at 0:55, if you're having trouble doing it, you can do u3+4->b4->BT13->f4f->121->DASH f4f-> 1->qcf1 It does 77 damage (so 1 damage less) while it does 84 in rage(1 more than the combo at 0:55). Some combos I haven't seen anywhere are the ones involving f, d, df2. You can use it after backturned D2 CH easily, and after UF4 and backturned 4 CH with a microdash. I found today that you can reach a pretty high damage with putting the backturn after a screw towards the end. For example. Df2,b+2,3+f,4,1,3,f(hold)4,3. Or 1,2,1. Around 80 damage. So basically her combos will either have the busy front or back. Either the f+4,f,121, or in the beginning you can launch, just do her armor move and then f+3 into 4 for the backturn pick up. She is do dope and I can't wait to complete master her. Her combos have so many various ways to go through them and all viable. A few launchers the armor move won't connect and they require specific follow ups such as u,b3+4 into f+3+4 for the screw. Or counter hit on f3,3 the low dash. That needs the while rising 2,4, hold f, into 4 for backturn,1,3. She is just dope. Hope this helps anyone who is having a hard time with her combo structure.

any tips you can give on hitting f4 after the setsunakage 121 screw? How many times do you input forward after the screw and are you pressing f4 early or trying to get as close as possible?
What I learned, you need to press 1 2 1 quickly after the forward inputs, makes the opponent stay a little longer in the air so you have more time to dash in
I have trouble at the end of the combos where I need to do a dash then an input. I feel like the character is too far to land their attacks like D341 or F4/in the first two combos. Any advice?
can someone please explain how to connect the last dash in combos, I am new to this character and I can do everything up to that last part. when I go practice mode on infinite stage, the opponent gets hit so far away that I can't connect it. in this video the opponent is much closer
you can't have any delay after bt13f to set 121. I was struggling with it too. if u got a delay, they get thrown further away so its impossible to pick them up after dash
Pretty good video there is also a combo you can made in backturn counter hit it's backturn D2 counter hit, BD2, 24F, 1, F43 it's better than the mini guaranted
Launchers that are missing: off-axis to the left: u/f+4_(3),4 b+4 BT 2,3 S! f+3 SET 1 qcf+2 qcf+2. Same path for off axis to the right after CH BT 4. On block: FUFT 3+4 1 (FUFT 3+4 is the spring kick variation that is +10 on block, and a 1 jab floats the opponent for the combo of your choice afterwards). CH BT d+2 cd+2 S! f+3 SET 4 BT 3,1,f SET 1 qcf+1; alternatively CH BT d+2 d/b+2 WS 2,4_,f for some combo. The CH BT d+2 has to be close range. CH (3),4 SSL f+4,f SET 4 BT 3,1,f SET 1,2,1 S! dash f+4,f SET 1 qcf+1 And last I can think of: CH (2,2,2,2),2 with the f+4,f SET 4 path.
Some mid stage combos I've been trying out for df2 are: uf34, f,d,df2, (dash) uf34 (53 damage) before wall, or: uf34 f,d,df2 f3,43 (54 damage) before wall, delayed f3,43 helps, but combo has slightly lower wall splat. On a side note I think df12,1+2, qcf2 is guaranteed at the wall, and 4 does extra damage than 1,df1,d2122, but gives up more oki.
Some notes from some one who's played a lot of this character, as some of these combos are either impractical or not max damage. Don't start your combos with f4, set 4 as shown here, this is Kuni's max damage but its extremely difficult to land the ender consistently due to the screw attack knocking them so far away. A better combo for most launchers is: LAUNCH, u/f3,4, f4~f, SET 1, f4~f, SET 2, f4~f, SET 1, qcf1 f4~f, SET 1, f4~f, SET 2 does the same damage as just doing f4~f, SET 1,2,1 but gives better wall carry and Kuni recovers quicker after the screw. This allows you to go for an alternative ender of DASH ss2, qcf2 that does slightly more damage. Or you can not do the qcf2 and go for oki instead, for example holding back after ss2 to go into back turn and doing d2 to hit them grounded or counter hit launch get up kicks. Also, a dash u/f3, 4 is your go to wall carry ender after a screw, it's consistent, knocks them high and far and is high damage. I'll finish with the notations for some combos that weren't included in this video that are worth knowing: BT f1+2, ff2, d/f1, f4~f Set 1,2,1, f4~f SET 1, qcf1. Doesn't work on Bears but otherwise very consistent and max damage off of this launcher. D/f1,(CH4), u/f*4, u/f3,4, f*d,d/f2, f4~f, SET 1, qcf1. If the CH4 hits at tip range this combo drops but otherwise is max damage for this launcher. D/b2,4,(2), f*d, d/f2, f4~f Set 1,2,1. Better than just going for a qcf2 if you land the last part of the string. BT CH d2, d/b2, ws2,4, f4~f Set 1,2,1. Not even mentioned in this video as a launcher.
Another guaranteed combo is: (Backturn) 4(CH) > Micro-Dash > f*d,df2 > 2,2,2,2,2 63 dmg It might be hard to land the f*d,df2 at first and you don't need axis to land this combo. Nobody seems to have found this one yet, consider me the first.
@@xEndymionS Nice, it can also be done with 3,4, but that's on axis. Any longer extensions can be used if the f*d,df2 lands. Damage potential 104 with rage, no wall.

I seriously can't get that pickup with f4,f after the screw the is it about the dash or do you have to delay somewhere in the combo so that the body flings closer?
Okay not condescending anybody or trying to sound like a smartass but you doing a good thing actually adding the in-game inputs rather than the pro inputs which involve 1/Square 2/Triangle 3/X 4/O and the D-inputs most struggle to enjoy the game trying to read the combos that way just getting into the game.
Katon 1 on CH also guarantees ff4,2 which guarantees ff2 doing 69 Damage in total. Its kinda hard to execute though because you have few Frames. Also when you miss it you are -17 because of ff4,2. I still think its worth mentioning.
that ender is pretty hard, one good thing thou is that kuni has no running 4, so you can run into a f4, as long as you don't do more that 3 strides (that will do a slide thing) also do the f4 early then you think it has some phantom hixbox shenanigans
off a CH (bt) d2 you can get a full combo, CH (bt) d2, db2, ws 24, !s f4f set1 qcf1 (66dmg easy works on all charas) CH (bt) d2, (DP/CD)2, !s, f3 set4, (bt)13f, set1, qcf1 (72dmg, DP2 needs to be buffered, needs to be off aixis to work on smalls[either side])

sooo im a scrubba dub dub, on the very first combo of this video lol i cant get the combo to connect after the screw, its like a just frame to connect the dash in d+3,4,1. when i do land it, the combo drops. yet i can land the combo at 0:32 like its nothings :( is it just very tight timing or am i missing something here?
still after all the time i played her i cant get the dash 3 into 1 at the end it always drops ther no mater what i do, also i go under the opponent a lot of times in combos as well this is kinda frustrating
why do majority of the nrmal hit combos not even reach after doing a dash, like at 0:28, i have literally run all the over and still i dont get the f 4
@@MrLulucstyles kuni has no running 4 so right after the screw go fff to run into the f4, also do it earlyer then you think you need to (edit: the f4 that is)

CH (3),4 SSL f+4,f SET 4 BT 3,1,f SET 1,2,1 S! dash f+4,f SET 1 qcf+1
And last I can think of: CH (2,2,2,2),2 with the f+4,f SET 4 path.
A better combo for most launchers is:
LAUNCH, u/f3,4, f4~f, SET 1, f4~f, SET 2, f4~f, SET 1, qcf1
f4~f, SET 1, f4~f, SET 2 does the same damage as just doing f4~f, SET 1,2,1 but gives better wall carry and Kuni recovers quicker after the screw.
I'll finish with the notations for some combos that weren't included in this video that are worth knowing:
BT f1+2, ff2, d/f1, f4~f Set 1,2,1, f4~f SET 1, qcf1.

She was gonna replace noctis in T8 lol. Just a theory
I cant do any of these, damn i really gotta learn some more combos of her
Damn you good at racing and fighting games lol
Bro....damn you make it look so easy. I was able to get the first combo down at least.
The combo at 1:15 to 1:21 doesn't work at the throwing kunai part? or my hands too slow? did it many times still failed at the throwing kunai part
CoCoCool! :D
I concur but there is something refreshing about learning new input notations
I got a question, how do you play the intros and out-tros without being in a match
He used the power of editing software.
@@Edge9404 lol
I go into VS mode and get it from there. I used a hudless mod also.
@@mattm7266 LMAOOOOOO
@@RyzingSol Ok thanks!
Since the first teaser is feld in love with her, i already played her in TTT2 a lot, but i drop to often the combos in matches .... =/
I love kunimitsu
will this combo work now?im kinda new on tekken and my main is kuni, did she got nerfed since then?
Notics/Yoshi's good shit my boy 😎
is the geese combo still possible ? i was trying earlier and couldn’t get the 121 string after the 2nd wall break into the 3rd
The dash is timing is kinda hard any tips? I can probably do it 3 out of 10 sometimes. great video btw.
Thanks. For dashing immediately after screw, tap f,f quick to get the running animation. At the last forward hold it, then do f+4. Hope this helps.
just triple tap.
How do you input the dash so fast for the hop kick combo 0:52 ?? I can't seem to get it quick enough 90% of the time
did the damage scaling on the rage drive at 6:59 get reset O_O the damage!
Yeah, it is a bug Harada tweeted a few days ago. They will nerf it soon.
I'm going to keep watching this video until she is DLC for Tekken 8. I miss my main.
Wow really fast upload.
03:57 you can get f n d df+2 here to get an screw because its bufferable
Katon 1 on CH also guarantees ff4,2 which guarantees ff2 doing 69 Damage in total. Its kinda hard to execute though because you have few Frames. Also when you miss it you are -17 because of ff4,2. I still think its worth mentioning.
Thanks for the tip.
If they quick backroll the ff2 is not guarantied
@@danielhofmann7477 you're right i forgot about the back roll. It can Wall Splat though like shown in this video.
@@yamiraito2447 that is true
@@yamiraito2447 but you're still better doing a 22 or 42 off the CH Kat1 just because of the execution required and the big punish if you mess up
For the combo at 0:22 I'm finding the dash to f,4,f impossible, I never get to the opponent on time to float them again, any tips?
it's pretty technical, not to do ff+4 thing, but there's no actual solution, just timing
dash, neutral and then f+4
@@aztekwr you mean f+4 and ff+4 right?
@@tarz1109 oh, yea.. sure it's 4
I was trying to do that all day, but impossible for me. Better to chose easier combo even for -3 damage.
that ender is pretty hard, one good thing thou is that kuni has no running 4, so you can run into a f4, as long as you don't do more that 3 strides (that will do a slide thing) also do the f4 early then you think it has some phantom hixbox shenanigans
off a CH (bt) d2 you can get a full combo,
CH (bt) d2, db2, ws 24, !s f4f set1 qcf1 (66dmg easy works on all charas)
CH (bt) d2, (DP/CD)2, !s, f3 set4, (bt)13f, set1, qcf1 (72dmg, DP2 needs to be buffered, needs to be off aixis to work on smalls[either side])
Any tips on combo 2 for Normal Hit at after the screw dash part coz i keep dropping the f4
yes its hard. u gotta dash asap
u can change the f4~set4 after df2 to a b4 for easier dash
Has anyone figured out the secret sauce to connect dash f4 after the screw? Been trying it for hours and only got it accidently, do you input ff hold 4 or fff,4, or ff,f4? For me it seems that im always too early to knee them or too late, really cant figure out the timing for FF :\
Nice
I'm having trouble doing a dash into her f4f after 131. Any tips to help out with that?
I do f,f,f at the last forward I hold it, then press 4 to input the f4f.
does anyone teach me how do i understand does control on the bottom like for example where is the triangle where do i click it on my controller?? sorry dis is only i could ask for.
sooo im a scrubba dub dub, on the very first combo of this video lol i cant get the combo to connect after the screw, its like a just frame to connect the dash in d+3,4,1. when i do land it, the combo drops. yet i can land the combo at 0:32 like its nothings :( is it just very tight timing or am i missing something here?
nevermind i figured it out, gotta input d+3,4,1 right when the feet start to drop :DDD
still after all the time i played her i cant get the dash 3 into 1 at the end it always drops ther no mater what i do, also i go under the opponent a lot of times in combos as well this is kinda frustrating
hope you update it bc there is a 100dmg counter hit combo and its really easy to do lul
How come I can’t do the Kunai throw at 1:04 ?
if you're using the assist inputs to throw the kunai, it won't work
@@katiamanaganuwu damn qcf is very hard lol, the throwing kunai is always miss for me
@@vincentkoh1544 one tip I can give is that you can buffer the qcf way before pressing 1
@@katiamanaganuwu i dont get it what are you trying to explain lol, but i always failed after dash 4,f,1, qcf 1
why do majority of the nrmal hit combos not even reach after doing a dash, like at 0:28, i have literally run all the over and still i dont get the f 4
Dat last attack combo so hard to me
That was brilliant
Can't manage to pick up with f4~f when the enemy lands far after tailspin can you help ? :'(
what combo is this for?
Gotta dash in deep and right away after the screw.
@@danielhofmann7477 literally second one on normal hit
@@MrLulucstyles kuni has no running 4 so right after the screw go fff to run into the f4, also do it earlyer then you think you need to (edit: the f4 that is)
I'm sitting here after 10hours into the game checking combos of characters that I might like, and I cant even do 10% of these combos after carefully observing and trying to copy them
How the hell do you get those corkscrew long dash into f4s working ive been trying so hard...
U got it mane? Been trying the whole day 😂
After dash still cannot hit with f4
can anyone explain me how to do it I hit 121 as fast as possible but still cannot
It would be a flashy battle if Kuni and Noctis fight lmfao
