  • The Wolf Stove, model CG365P/S 36" Professional Gas Cooktop - 5 Burners is a top-of-the-line kitchen appliance that will exceed your expectations in both style and performance. Designed for serious home cooks and professional chefs, this cooktop boasts 5 powerful burners and a sleek stainless steel design that will enhance the look of any kitchen. I love using and looking at this stove (a little strange lol).
One of the standout features of the CG365P/S is its durability. As an owner of this stove for almost five years, I can attest that it still looks great and performs like new. The heavy-duty cast-iron grates provide a stable and safe cooking surface, while the easy-to-clean surface and removable grates make maintenance a breeze, which is a must for us busy parents that don’t have a made. Of course there are some things I am dissatisfied with, but please watch the video and find out why I think this stove is out of this world. Wolf really nailed it!

Thanks for the video. 🙂 It's nice to see a review from a real world end user. Most of the other TH-cam "reviews" are really just retailer summaries of its features and not actual reviews. That gliding knob issue you have is rather concerning, but hopefully they've fixed that by now in 2023, and hopefully it isn't a problem on the other models.

You are most welcome! Thank you for your nice comment! I hope they have! It’s a shame that as the years go by manufacturers make less and less actual durable products. Things just don’t last as long.

I don’t think they melt. The knobs still look great after several years of use. These are still bright red. No discoloration whatsoever

Just an FYI...the problem you mention at 15:00 with "valve backlash" (knob not accurately holding it's position when you adjust it) is a know problem with these wolf cooktops. Mine is about 4 years old, and I noticed it right away after the install. I called Wolf/Subzero while mine was still under warranty and they sent out a technician who replaced all five valves at no charge to me. The valve backlash is gone and it does make it easier to adjust the heat settings. Maybe it would be worth it for you to call Wolf about this.

I burned my hand on my mom’s electric cooktop when I was a toddler, gas is actually safer in my opinion.
