I always check out the 1 stars first. If they seem legit. I'll look elsewhere.

Another thing I look at is how many reviews the reviewer has left. If it’s one or just a few then it might be fake

I never put my full trust on reviews because of this. I have to see from other people I know experiences or youtube videos non sponsor

And why didn't they talk about the fake 1 star reviews where a neighboring rival business makes falsi claims or a disgruntled patron gives five reviews all 1 star
