Have you had any issue with the cutter not cutting about half of your design, or it cuts half and the other half isn’t cut all the way through and clean.

Hello, Do you know what can i do when i send the image to the cutter machine it keep showing '"CANNOT OPEN PORT"
I uninstalled the CM4 and installed again and did't change anything, it keep showing the same message :-(

That is interesting. I dont really use that feature. I always just save the design to a USB. Then plug the USB into the cutter. Never had any issues. I have seen other people had similar issues plugging the cutter directly into a computer.

The stand isn’t sold with the cutter, you have to buy it separately
