Wow🤯 I have stage 4 Endometriosis, and I've always had very severe nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or constipation, abdominal pain, pelvic pain, bloating, fatigue, joint pain. This was really interesting.
Thank you SO MUCH for all the work you do to help all the women with Endometriosis. It doesn't go unnoticed or unappreciated, that's for sure.💛💛💛💛

Thank you so much for this. It describes me exactly, right down to the mouth ulcers, gastrointestinal reflux, fibromyalgia. I have very severe post hysterectomy endometriosis and have been on Zoladex injections and Anastrozole for many years now. Some of my symptoms were never really explained before such as the ones mentioned above. I have incredibly sensitive pale skin and also have had numerous bad drug reactions over many years. I can't begin to say how relieved I am to come across this video today by chance. Thank you!

I had a severe flare of endometriosis symptoms following the birth of my son. I also noted a heightened sensitivity to many foods- namely grains, but also tea, chocolate, peanut butter & legumes. I found that the commonality amongst these foods is that they are high nickel. I then read a little research on this phenomenon and adopted a low nickel diet, which did not resolve, but greatly helped symptoms over time. It also explains trouble I have had with foods over the years. I think this is an interesting idea and something worth looking into for any woman with Endo. Thank you!

For this reason, I also opted to have a few amalgams safely replaced and I focus heavily on hydration. My hope is to bring almost total relief over time without too much intervention.

Lastly, I believe that the cobalt found naturally in foods may have some interplay here too. Nickel & cobalt are connected in digestive matters. Cobalt is high in dairy, organ meats, red meats, chocolate, coffee and more. These are all known to aggravate endometriosis too. Makes sense to me. So. I avoid these foods too, or should say- eliminated entirely for awhile & either opted
to cut out, enjoy occasionally or replace with alternates. Perhaps the cravings I had for red meat, constant Moussaka & chocolate milkshakes with my son really set me back. I never really ate these things with such ferocity before! Lol. Thanks again!

Last, last thing- only because I found alot of information in help from others & like to pass it on. Because chocolate is high in both nickel & cobalt, but also a frequent craving women have... it could be exacerbating symptoms when the true craving might actually be for magnesium which chocolate has in spades, but your body also desperately needs to cycle. Perhaps a reduction in chocolate and a replacement with a magnesium supplement is what is actually needed. It has greatly helped me. I would eat a couple hunks of dark chocolate each day in my previous life, now I just have a piece here and there & have a nightly magnesium tea instead.
